There's no way I can go, we are desperately 'broke' financially. I've been picking up 'little Lambs' to send.
My friend ALAMB is going to try to go. She just had a baby boy on Aug. 20. She was/is a terribly abused Lamb. It's financially tough for her,also, but she desperately needs to go. If I had the money.....it would be hers!!!!!.......and I'd be there with her.

most of you know about the story of the ms who ratted on wildturkey and me for smoking at the club, he smoked one of my cigs and was there with his girlfriend (he is married).
well, i ran into him last night at the club and confronted him,, i asked him why he told on us, i just wanted to know, he said he didnt know why, he just felt pressured..i asked if he told on himself he said no!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i wanted to slap him right there.
Forget about getting in touch with this MS's wife, remember he turned you in , so he'll use it as 'they're just trying to get back at me by ruining our marriage. But, get in touch with the girlfriend somehow and give her the lowdown on JWs. Confronting him and her together might put him on the hot seat (for a little while at least). Tell her that her boyfriend is under investigation and that people are following him (and her). She might unload on this man, then again, she might not give a damn. If you see this guy out and about (resturaunts, clubs, etc.) go sit next to him & his wife/girlfriend. Let him know that you are there and his presence doesn't bother you. But know this, it will bother him. He's the JW, you're not.
My Hubby would rather go somewhere else when we see JWs, not me, I gotta let them know that I still breathe the same air that they do. I get a real sence of satisfaction by showing them that I am the same 'wonderful' person that I was before the elders turned me over to SATIN. But, then, maybe I was/am so bad that EVEN Satin has rejected me. (HA, HA).

He was born around 10:30-11:00, August 20. He's a handsome little dude. Looks just like his Dad. It's their first boy. ALAMB has 3 beautiful girls from her JW marriage, Hubby has 1 girl from his X. ALAMB and Hubby now have a beautiful little girl, about 18 months old, and now they have BRUCE ANTHONY. A TRUE CASE OF YOURS, MINE AND OURS. Yeppy, they're all done having babies.
ALAMB gives birth and 10 minutes later looks like she never was a preggie. She can't help but to have beautiful babies, because she's so beautiful. But, her real beauty is the person that she is.
ALAMB goes home today with her new bundle. Let's give little BRUCE ANTHONY a warm welcome .
If you are going to the SILENTLAMB MARCH, you just might get to see this LITTLE DUDE. Guess what kind of sleeper he might be dressed up in.(I'll give you a hint.......it ain't no wolf outfit).

i recently got an email from mr. moe.
amongst other things, she says that she hated df'ing when she was a dub, so she abhores the banning of certain posters from this site, because it seems so similar to df'ing.. i think her opinion is of great value and warrants looking at closely.
is suspending someone for the contents of their posts justifiable then?

The wt has rules and regulations that I accepted, it's the ones (or new rules) that they never told you about, until you get in the 'little back room' that I refuse to accept. as of 8:30 pm this evening the appeal hearing decided to uphold the decision.
i spoke to them for over an hour and tried to reason with them as to the validity of their decision.
frankly, they were not interested.
THEY LET YOU TALK???!!!!! The org. must have changed 'some' rules since my DFG in June/2000. They wouldn't let me hardly say a word. But, then again. There was so much yelling between my Hubby and the elders(5) that it was pretty hard for me to get a word in. I look back and think it's a HOOT. They probably thought they were so dignified, but, they were down right haughty, ignorant and emmensely rude. Now I just view them as pitiful. I hope one day they will see the org. as it really is.

i thought it would be interesting to list all the papers that carried the new york times article.
yesterday, i noted the orange county register (california), someone else the santa barbara news-press (california) and still another the denver post (colorado).
today i came across it in the lexington herald (kentucky).
The NY Times article wasn't in any of the Utah papers, we will try and see if it can be covered.
However, Kennison, posted an article that was in the Salt Lake City, Tribune(Aug. 10). The article was about gambling. The SLC elder, who was a spokesman for the JWs, made an interesting comment that there is 'no Bible command against gambling'. Interesting don't you think? Then, why are JWS DFD for gambling? He referred to a publication expaining why JWs shouldn't gamble. Didn't J.R. Brown say that the WTBTS doesn't go beyond what is written?
Go back and read this post by, KENNISON, August 10. It's some good info of interest.
