attended the sad yesterday with my wife.

bethel speaker flown in to california which made it "special".

(his talks were infomercial bs, but at least he was a good speaker.

As far as I know, the amount of money collected in every convention doesn't only have to do with the 2 or 3 days but also with the expenses made on maintaining the assembly hall throughout the year. Let me know if I'm wrong 😎

i know that a lot of the people on here have turned their backs on the idea of a deity deciding that god does not exist.

but what about the unseen spirit world generally such as poltergeists, jinns, voodoo, etc.

if you have become agnostic, atheist, or just don't care since leaving, do you think that there are spirits out there or have you decided that is also hokum?

Getting Remarried after a spouses death & then they are resurrected after Armageddon ?

hi guys .

i was wondering about the above , if a jw is allowed to remarry if a spouse has died, then what happens when they are resurrected at armageddon, do u land up with two wives/husbands ,,,,,,, makes no sense to me & can the jw's be so dumb not to think about this or have i got it wrong ?

and i will not be asking my uber jw husband , don't have the energy.. thanks.

so no sex for the resurrected, but those who get to the new system alive can have it. I wonder how the resurrected would feel about that and how unjust and awkward would be to hear your neighbor having sex.

i always wondered, how come the apostles never asked jesus what heaven is like compare to earth.

and wouldn't they be bugging jesus to tell them all kind of stories of such?.

Satan , Israelite`s /Jews view ./ Satan Christendom`s views .

over the years i have come across different writings that suggest a total difference in how the chosen people of israel and the jewish religion of today with the "old testament" viewed "satan" and how the many of christendoms religions including the jehovah`s witnesses view satan in the bible .. they seem to be at odds with each other ?.

does the christian greek scriptures " new testament" contradict the hebrew scriptures of the "old testament " about who or what satan is ?.

the israelite`s /jews were gods chosen people for 4,000 years wouldn`t /shouldn`t they know better about satan than the christian religion that usurped the jewish religion ?.

I've been always wondering why the OT says almost nothing about Satan and the NT includes so many details about him. Seems like Satan was sleeping all the time and suddenly got very active around the first century lol.
