  Irresponsible Parents!

  i know i'm going to get a few "you're an asshole" responses but bear with and read and than decide if i performened a greater good or wrong.. situation:.

  i'm driving down the main road to my side street.

  i have some retard mom driving a mini-van following me with an 8-10 year old child in the front seat.. i approach a stop light (red) and this bitch (irresponsible parent) riding my ass.

  oh my god.....im sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo upset jan has left us.

  she was one of the first ones there to pick me up when the world inside the jws went black for me in 1996.

  what is all the fuss about?

  when i was still assimilated (i.e.

  still in the borg, but wanting out every second of that time), there was so much emphasis put on microphone handling that it was almost unreal.

  After-meeting conversations

  to be able to properly "encourage one another, more so as you behold the end drawing near", we as jw's were instructed to do the following: .

  (1) stay after the meeting for "upbuilding association", and .

  (2) rather than talk about mundane things of life, discuss the finer points of the meeting just held.

  My dad would drill me and my brother for the 15 minute ride home after nearly every meeting, asking us to tell what we "got out of the meeting" some useful point or topic. I remember his surprise when i told him a sore butt after one thursday night meeting. I then spent the next 5 minutes dodging his hand as he tried to get a hold of me while zig-zagging down the road.

  I knew a family that was like that with their 5 yr old son.They would make this child stay awake on the nite meetings and ask him after what he got out of the meeting.I felt sad for the child.

  Yes,I'm taking my kids out.Can't let them miss out on all that candy ,and those nites when I have a craving for chocolate.

  I just don't dress my kids in anything evil.My son is going to be a ninga and my youngest daughter is going to be a bunnie...you know those thick costumes with a full body.LOL she is going to be so cute.

  Personally,I just don't care where it came from and who started and what it means,its just a day for kids to have fun.

  We see things the way we want to see them

  the other night i was at my in-laws house for dinner.

  they are both jehovah's witnesses and try every now and then to plant some thoughts in our heads to get us concerned.

  this night was no exception, with small words and phrases popping up through the evening.

  I recall using the earthquake and the recter scale,in trying to prove the end is close...lol,when I think of it I realize how silly I must have sounded.One man at the door just looked at me and said how can you prove the end is close because of how powerful the earthqukes are..LOL LOL!!!!

  "BEWARE THE END IS NEAR,THERE ARE MORE EARTHQUAKES AND THE SOME HAVE BEEN 7.0 ON THE SCALE"
