  well, it's time i revealed myself photographically to everyone on the board..............here i am, at a sports bar, with the boyfriend, having a "moment"!

  My life ... and how JWD came to be - Part 1

  a few people have asked how jwd came about and what my own story is and while i've posted it in bits and bobs, i've never tried to tell it as a story so here goes .... living in suburbia.

  i was born a jw to jw parents who had recently been missionaries / pioneers in ireland and taken literature into countries like spain when it was banned but who were now living in suburbia near to where they had both been brought up.

  we lived in a new semi-detached house in a cul-de-sac at the bottom of a hill - fantastic for building go-carts and racing down !

  im not sure if anyone remembers me, but i used to post her until january of 2003. the last time i wrote here i mentioned that i was leaving las vegas and movie back to houston.

  well i was very depressed and i promised myself that i would not write here again until i felt my life was better.

  i have to say that this past year has been good.

  Who's the Savior?

  i was reading the list of things witnesses can't do, on another thread, and i noticed that it was written that jw's don't have jesus as savior.. as a witness, i always said that jesus was my savior, thanks to jehovah.. maybe it's been too long ago and i forgot, but who is the savior for jehovah witnesses?

  Six dead in West Point Panty Raid

  west point, ny?according to an official statement released by the u.s. military academy tuesday, six cadets are dead and 14 wounded after an unsuccessful panty raid on the women's barracks monday night.

  above: the human cost of the panty raid.. the usma has not yet released the names of the fallen cadets, but according to the statement, the four male and two female cadets will be posthumously promoted to platoon commander and buried with full military honors.

  company commander roger phillips, a junior at the academy, was among the injured.

  Has anything bad ever happened to you on Friday the 13th?

  i've actually been hit by a car on friday the 13th (i believe).

  of course i really didn't know what day it was cuz i was knocked da feck out, but hey.... also today i thought my tickets were sold out, but ticketmaster was just doing an update to its site, yay!

  uhm, about the only other thing that has happened to me was, um, i don't remember really...
