Couple of weeks back, I was busy winding up my evening at a gay nightclub near my home in Johannesburg, when across the room I notice this drop-dead-gorgeous woman sitting there with her obviously gay friend. So I stare at her a bit, get some eye-contact going, and I reckoned I was making some decent progress! To my utter surprise (as I was about to do this myself), she gets up and walks across the room towards me, grinning from ear to ear. Little alarm bells go off in my head, but I was thinking with my crotch as usual, so when she reachs my couch I'm all ears! Here's what she said:
"Hi, my gay friend is really shy and would like to meet you, in fact he asked me to set you up with him!"
WELL WHAT CAN I SAY. GOSHDARNIT.

I just find TNR to be an ugly font. It's a personal thing. Nice clean fonts, like Tahoma and Verdana are more to my liking. Maybe it's because I associate TNR with all the bad sites on the Internet that don't have the technical know-how to actually change their fonts in the first place! My main beef with this guy is actually the hover-bold thing. Typing in haste is always a bad thing, especially when you're commenting on technical website design issues. I didn't actually bother looking how he did it, I just wrote down something in my sheer anger! He used style sheets (CSS) or something, I'm sure, what was I thinking, Javascript? HEHE!
