  Why do most Ex jW W‘s seem to be liberal?

  i’m just curious about this dynamic i don’t care personally one way or the other but i do have friends who have chosen to be conservatives and they get totally destroyed on social media pages for their choice.

  it’s almost like a lot of ex jw w become as toxic and his judgmental as jehovah’s witnesses themselves what’s up with that?

  i also know conservative ex jw’s that can do the same so again i’m not leaning one way or the other i’m just noticing factual observations.

  Jehalapeno I’m under no illusions - I do not believe an anarchist utopia is a realistic possibility. However, I think chipping away at the power of the state and supporting a culture of gradual decentralization is the most moral approach to politics.

  Yep, we talked about this in one of my Political Science Classes.

  “Excessive Size of the Social Unit is the Primary Cause of Tyranny, due the growth in government power that it breeds”

  I said it many times, there is no doubt that decentralization of Nations States would solve 99 percent of the world’s problems, but it will be impossible for this to ever happen unless some Supreme Being that was just and wise would intervene in human affairs.

  The reason being is because if one Nation State like the USA decided to decentralize into small societies, other Nation States like China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, etc., would take advantage and try to invade and conquer the divided USA.

  That idea of decentralization was what sounded appealing about the ideology of the Watchtower. The idea that all nations would be govern by some Divine Being that was Just, and righteous.

  That’s the problem with politicians, not just in the USA but all over the world. In the case of the USA for instance, Trump has very good goals for the Country. To end war, to make the economy more fair and better for the average citizen, to make America Great Again.

  But as the saying goes; “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”

  “Unlimited Power in the hands of limited people always leads to cruelty”

  Will Trump keep his word? Or will something cause him to change and make a complete turn around?

  This was the most disappointing thing to realize once I woke up from the Watchtower Fantasy of a God intervening to set things straight.

  Our lives are in the hands of Humans……...most whom are idiotic and just plain stupid.

  Too many liberals have no respect or gratitude for living here. I can’t count how many times I heard some idiot (usually a Witness but not always) say derogatory things about the country (and some of these JWs were collecting disability!)

  LHG, I totally agree. A few days ago, maybe it was weeks ago, the elections messed my Time Clock, I was musing over on exjw reddit. which is hard left to the core. One person posted the phrase; "God Bless America" and immediately tons of people contacted the moderators and they removed his post. I forgot the excuse that was given for removing his post but it was so lame.

  Yet most of the same posters always point out to those leaving the WT to get help from Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, and other sources of help that this Country offers but from the other side of the mouth they belittle the Country that helps them in so many ways.

  And anytime someone posted that they were going to vote for Trump because he is against War and Crime, and Open borders, there were literally hundred plus that down voted him and demean the person. Their arguments made no sense.
  

  I personally am very grateful for America. I'm kind of young and yet the way this Country works allows me to live a very comfortable life. I took a lot of classes in Political Science when I was in College, My uncle paid for my College because he wanted me to be a lawyer. But he passed and I choose something else because being a lawyer is not something I really enjoy. But what I did learn is how the political system works.

  I was Democrat but I changed to liberal and I don't vote for a party, I vote for people who have policies that are against War, Crime, Open Borders. The economy doesn't affect me too much but it does affect the people I love, so a good economy is also a priority.

  None of this woke stuff for me or belittling the Country.

  Well it's hard to believe, but Trump has already started negotiations to stop the war in Ukraine, and Putin and Zelnsky are wanting to stop fighting also. It was always the Biden Democratic party that wanted to keep killing innocent people for money and power. It's amazing how some people wanted the Democratic party to continue in their evil rule.These people that wanted this are just as liable for all the hundreds of thousands of innocent deaths of men, women, and children as the party itself.

  If Europe wants to continue the war, they will do it without the USA. Trump has said he will do everything possible to not get the young kids of American sent to fight the wars of corrupt politicians. And the tax payers monies will stay in America for American Citizens.

  That's why if you are parent with Children, you want Trump for President instead of Harris.Biden and Harris started the war and Harris would have continued it for another four years and probably get our young kids drafted and sent to die.
  

  In the meantime Biden is trying to lock in American to continue funding the war for years and years with taxpayer monies by signing a contract with European nations, before Trump is sworn in. Hopefully Congress and the Supreme Court will stop him.

  The Democrats are trying to LIMIT the Power of President Trump when he takes office, so he won’s be able to carry his promises to the American People to stop the war in Ukraine.

  President Biden was talking with his friends in the EU to Lock in Obligations for Tax Payers Dollars to continue to Fund the proxy war against Russia for years to come.

  So when President Trump takes office, he will not have the opportunity for that decision for himself to end the war in Ukraine like he promised. The Democrats are trying hard to lock us in to pay for their war for years in the future.
  

  This is what the Democrats are working hard at doing before Trump is sworn into office. Tulsi Gabbard is working on the Trump transition Team and working hard to try to stop Biden from doing this.

  This is what millions of people don’t see as to how evil the Democrat party really is.

  I honestly think Biden --even as brain-addled as he seemed-- would have gotten many more black votes than Harris did.

  I agree. There were lots of Democrats that just didn't vote because of Harris. They didn't switch for Trump either, they just didn't vote.

  Also the way the celebrities talked to average citizens was very condescending. People now days don't think very highly of celebrities.
  

  And with all the live debates Harris did on live TV, she just showed everyone with half a brain that she was not fit for Commander and Chief of the USA. The Commander and Chief of the USA has to be a person that is ruthless, cunning, smart, able to cut deals, to be able to deal with the power players of China, Russia, Iran, terrorists, NATO, the United Nations, and people who break the law, like all the NY lawmakers trying to take him down.

  Hell, even when Trump was shot, what does he do? Instead of running away, he stands up with blood on his face and raises his fist and yells; FIGHT! Had that happened to Kamala,.............................you know what she would have done.

  Hell, Harris wouldn't even accept an invitation to talk with Joe Rogan. And everyone knows it was because she was scared as shit.

  With all the wars going on now in Russia, Ukraine, Israel, and so on, I doubt even Trump can put a stop to the wars. But if by some chance Trump stops all the wars quickly, the Democrats won't have a chance at the Presidency for another 20 years.

  The people surrounding Joe Biden blame Nancy Pelosi for Kamala Harris' election loss as Democrats have begun to bicker over who caused the party's disaster.

  It came as the president, 82, reacted to Harris' concession speech at Howard University Wednesday.

  The blame game went into overdrive last night, as Biden confidantes told senior White House reporters they hold the former Speaker of the House responsible for him being pushed out of the race.

  I thought for sure Trump was gonna lose because we know the Democrats would be cheating. But so many people went out to fight for the Republic and vote for freedom and there were so many people that voted for Trump that it overwhelmed all the cheating.

  I would like to take the time to THANK Robert De Niro for ALL his crazy rhetoric against Trump that got a lot of my friends to vote for Trump.

  and how they would run it (hierarchy of uneducated and unelected top-down dictators), the intentional undereducation of children and their critical theories on science, race, gender and general underlying antisemitism (although that has been toned down in modern times, early on they were more clear) you end up with basically early 1900s socialism - Marxism, Nazism, Trotskyism.

  Wow, I never took the time to look closely at how the WT functions. You're right, they are very liberal adjacent. They like the hand-outs but don't want to serve for the Country that gives them the handouts. They want to act like Kings with the lowly class doing the work for them. I always thought they were very Conservative, but in reality, they "Act" Conservative, but are far-far-far-Left. They don't want to work for the good of humanity, they want humanity to bend to their will and work for them. I believe they have said the GB will be Kings over the Universe and all the Elders will be Princes over the earth. That means regular people will be the Slaves.
