Russia=King of the North, USA=King of the South? New info coming in from Annual Meeting 2018

it was announced in this year’s annual meeting that they believe that the king of the north is russia and the king of the south is us/britain.

for me this is the first time hearing from the society actually identifying the identity of the king of the north.

Jesus rejected Mosaic concept of God

moses formulated his own image of god (in violation of the very essence of exodus 20:4) thus believed god is like humans who feel love is ‘you must do what i want’ [rather than giving others the space in which ‘they can do what they want and still i love them’] and conveyed into the readers this weak image of god who takes revenge/laments for not being loved.

thus ot image of god is someone who is actively involved in the responses of people on earth.. however, jesus conveyed the truth about god when he said god makes provisions for life’s enjoyment equally for all types of people alike (mathew 5:44-47) as he wishes good for all people [benevolence for its own sake] and renews the same in case they are depleted/destroyed (mathew 19:28) with no intervention whatsoever in between.

thus jesus presented an image of god who is not actively involved in the responses of people on earth because there is a guiding mechanism already in place—externally and internally.. external: people can easily choose their course of action looking at the results available in plenty because anyone can see the chain of action in anyone’s case: destiny is the result of habit, and habit is the result of tendency, and tendency is the result of repeated action, and action is the result of thinking and thinking is the result of belief system, and belief system is the result of family, religion, country … into which one is born.

And smiddy 3 rejects the Mosaic concept of God and the the Jesus Christian concept of God and lo and behold the Governing Body of Jehovah`s Witnesses concept of God.

My word is just as valid or greater as any of theirs .

My word is in the here and now and not 2000 or 4000 years ago..

Maybe if they took the time to look at the ratio of Catholic Priests to victims then compared it to ratio of Elders/Ministerial Servants { the clergy} of Jehovah`s Witnesses to victims they might discover its a bigger issue within the Jehovah`s Witnesses than it actually is with the Catholic Church.

When you consider the Catholic Church has over 1 Billion members whereas the Jehovah`s Witnesses have only 8 Million members worldwide.

the new testament or as the jw`s like to call it the christian greek scriptures are all about christians bearing witness about jesus christ and his kingdom and that the name that is to be above every other name in heaven and on earth and under the earth is none other than jesus .php.2:10. nowhere in the nt are christians instructed to be witnesses of jehovah ,they are to be witnesses of christ jesus .. the jehovah`s witnesses and their new world translation of the bible are preaching a doctrine that is not in the bible and certainly not in the new testament.. 1tim.6: 3-5 proves that it is the governing body members that are those that are mentally diseased /obsessed with wrong thinking.. the fact that jesus is only mentioned 8 times in the bible word index and jehovah is mentioned 10 times more, 80 times proves just how out of touch with biblical christianity jehovah`s witnesses really are.. mat.15:9 they teach commands of men as doctrines .and go beyond scripture..

Disaster Relief Funds

And what little relief they do actually give is discriminative whereby they give only to fellow members or those in approved standing in the congregation and certainly not to the general public.

They wouldn`t even be fazed out by dropping the name Jehovah and replacing it with Yahweh as "new Light"

That`s how much they worship JW.Org and the Governing body.

Kingdom Hall Closures In Canada.

one of our friends in canada posted the following message to their circle of friends.

"in our meeting last night, the coordinator read a letter from the canadian branch about the reorganized territories.

all the territories in the fraser valley from hope to vancouver, about a hundred miles in all, have been reorganized to create larger congregations and improve the use of kingdom halls.

This trend is certainly not one of an organization that is prospering and increasing in growth , but most certainly one that is experiencing problems ,whether its growth or lack of it,,or a real short fall in finances to keep the organization going at a profitable pace ?

An organization that is prospering expands ,builds more and covers the world .

An organization that once claimed to cover the world and now is downsizing at an alarming rate with the sell off of so many K.h`s , branches etc ,and mergers of K.h`s , worldwide is not a sign of growth but one in decline and trouble financially.

Watchtower Corp of New York worth over$ 2 billion

in the montana sex abuse court case for the first time watchtower has been required by the courts to give a financial statement to the court to assess awards of punitive damages for negligence and (for the first time)malice in non compliance of mandatory reporting laws.. watchtower corp of new york has finances in excess of $2 billion while cc of jw is worth $49 million.

this doesn't include the pensylvania corp or what overseas branches may have.. pretty healthy bank balance by any standards..

At least when they printed Books ,Bible Aids ,Magazines etc,they got profits from those sales to over 8 million +followers ,surely it would have still been profitable for them to pay a tax and still reap the rewards.?

I think they have cut their nose off despite their own face . { or whatever the saying is }

I think any worldly publisher would relish a guaranteed market of 8+ million sales or their about`s of anything they produced ,maybe the Governing Body are not as smart as they think they are or just maybe the Holy Spirit is not operating on this religion.
