  We are past doing anything special now listener we just went down to the local club and had a few drinks with some friends and that was about it.

  Our highlight was 8 years ago when we flew into the USA from Australia for our 50th wedding anniversary and loved every minute of it ,LA ,L.Vegas, SFCisco,Grand Canyon, Carmel, Cannery Row, Sausalito ,just to name a few

  excuse the spelling.

  And met and conversed with a lovely actress Jillian Armanante at the farmers market in LA.

  How can we beat that ?

  I look forward to hearing how your 30th goes ,keep me posted .

  just finished watching the talk by tony morris on john cedars channel.

  sounded to me that he was hedging his bets.

  on the one hand he says "this is it" and out of the other he says prophecies are best understood after they are fulfilled.

  Wasn`t Germany the KOTN and Great Britain was the KOTS in Russell / Rutherford days ? then it became the USSR as the KOTN after that ,then they weren`t sure who was going to emerge as the KOTN and now its down to the lone Russians without there satellite nations ,and the KOTS is the Anglo/American alliance.

  All of these flip flops while the Reigning King Jesus Christ sits on his throne ruling amidst his enemies since 1914 ?

  It doesn`t look good for the next 900 years of Jesus Christ reign judging by his first 100 years on the job.

  Especially with all of the downsizing ,cutbacks and lay-offs of long standing Bethel volunteers who have been put out to pasture to fend for themselves ,selling off of KH`s and Branches around the world.

  Not to mention how Jesus Christ as the reigning King is dealing with or handling all of the Child sexual Abuse cases that have sprung up all over the world..... ON HIS WATCH ?

  the official line is of course that it's to build halls in africa etcbut i don't believe it .

  These sales will contribute to helping us to transition from our current position to the revised operating budget that the Governing Body is working towards.

  Anybody want to guess what that means ? I thought Jehovah was running this show and the GB were just following suit.

  jehovah reminds me of married couples who are having problems who decide to .

  have children to improve their lot.. obviuosly jehovah can prevent pregnancy.. 1 samuel 1:5,6 .

  but to hannah he gave a double portion because he loved her, .

  Thanks Listener ,LV101 ,Still totally Add and snugglebunny for your well wishes ,like most relationships at times we have had our differences but nothing too serious and we both have a good sense of humour and don`t take ourselves too seriously.

  There is no shame in being able and willing to compromise to allow each other there own space I found.

  i mean the us democracy isn't a third world country, a least the people involved should be reprimanded, they acted like trying a coup d'etat..

  The United States has elections every 4 years right ? Obviously as it stands right now not everyone is unhappy with Donald trumps presidency he has his supporters .

  So whats this business of impeachment ? if the majority don`t want him to be president after his 4 years is up elect somebody else ?

  He`s not insane,he hasn`t brought the world to the brink of a nuclear holocaust ,he`s not a krushev ,or a Barry Goldwater . so whats the problem ?

  If the majority don`t like him he will be voted out after 4 years .

  If you want a change vote at the next election

  If you want Donald trump to continue his presidency vote at the next election

  If you choose not to vote at all don`t complain who the next president is.

  just my 2 cents worth.
