Maybe you need to get yourself a new pair of glasses friend as I had no problem reading it and I`m 79 yrs old .
And yes they are certainly concerned about the leaks about the Borg from apostate sites .
this letter was posted on the aust and nz facebook group this week.. it is self explanatory!
wow.... it seems to be their attempt at controlling the situation after the arc fallout.. .

documents produced during the second temple period included writings such as 1 enoch, jubilees, and sirach.
apostle paul lived during the very late stage of that period.the first century jews, including those who accepted jesus as the promised messiah, regarded these writings very highly.this list provides the locations in the new testament documents that either cite or allude to these second temple writings.. http://www.jwstudies.com/nt_citation_and_allusions_to_apocrypha.pdf .
2 Tim.3:16 All scripture is inspired and beneficial for teaching ...etc,etc.?
Their are heaps of other scriptures that are ignored by Christians even ones that are named in the accepted bible texts known as the Bible today.
Just to name a couple that are mentioned in the Bible ,however are not a part of the bible canon.?
The book of Enoch ,
The book of Jubilees.
The Testament of Noah
The book of Jasher
Their are dozens more scriptures in circulation that never made it into the Bible ,not because God didn`t want them to be their ,but simply because men didn`t want them to be in the accepted canon.
Also when 2 Tim 3:16 was uttered a significant portion of the New testament was not even written.?
many people over many centuries have been involved in deciding which documents were scripture.
there has never been unanimous agreement, including today.
only the church of rome took a vote on the canon.
Jehovah`s witnesses like or even relish how they are different and set themselves apart from Christendom so it always puzzled me why they had the same books of the bible as the protestant religions ?
Which was basically just a few short of what the Catholics designated as the Bible Canon.
You think they would have at least included two or three of the scriptures/books that were actually named in the accepted books of the Bible ?
Such as the book of Enoch ? Jubilees , Jasher ?
And if I remember correctly the W.T. did acknowledge that 1st and 2nd Maccabees did have historical significance to the Bible ,yet they did not include them either.
should i go to a judicial committee and perhaps get disfellowshipped?
should i talk to the elders just because they say they want to talk to me?
should i simply disassociate myself and have nothing to do with the organization?.
I had no "in" people/relatives to worry about so I decided after many years on this site even though I had stopped associating with the witnesses for decades ,that I would D.A. myself from the JW`s religion .
To me that was like I was taking the upper hand and disfellowshiping the organization from me , and not them D.F. me.
And regardless of how they viewed it ,and I don`t care ,I found it satisfying for me.
I D.A. /D.F. them and not them me.
i.b.s.a.
were all about witnessing to, for ,and about jesus christ and not jehovah.
, c.t russell started the magazine titled " zions watchtower and herald of christs presence" in the late 1870`s .. stating that jesus christ had appeared invisibly on his return in 1874 and was now present in the heavens.so according to them at the time they could rightly say as the wt pronounced they were heralding jesus christs presence then.. charles taze russell and his followers were witnesses of jesus christ and not witnesses of jehovah.. the christian greek scriptures /new testament are full of the prime purpose of christians is to witness about ,too, and for the person/ name jesus , that has been given above any other name either in heaven ,on earth ,or under the earth phil.2:10. it was only the usurper of c.t.russell joseph rutherford who hijacked the religion and made it a jehovian/old testament religion shifting the emphasis away from jesus christ and putting it on a catholic name of the "old testament god jehovah" invented by a 13th century monk using the four letters of the tetragrammaton into latin and adding some vowels to come up with the name jehovah.. no where in the christian greek scriptures the new testament are followers of jesus christ told to be witnesses of jehovah ,however countless times at least (20+) they are told to be witnesses of jesus christ..
Sad to say The Fall Guy that the majority of J.W.`s who read those scriptures do not consider the context or even who is speaking and instead of recognizing it is Christ Jesus that is referred too they just assume it is Jehovah .
Again, sad to say the majority of Jehovah`s Witnesses are mentally lazy and they do not think and reason for themselves but are quite happy to have others do their thinking for them ,namely the G.B.who keep them captives.
Thank you for that exhaustive list T.F.G.,maybe some lurkers here will see for themselves how they are being duped .
backstory:.
so my born-in cousin who recently left the org is looking to start an ex-jw / group instagram based in socal.
he asked me if i had any ideas for a photo that can used for the instagram page and this is what i made for him:.
I luv em keep em coming
Very clever " The little one will become a thousand "

And it was humans and not any God that decided what was Inspired Scripture and what was Apocrypha .
The JW Org stance, illogical as usual, is where such works are quoted from, those words are "inspired" but not the whole work that is the source !
So very true Phizzy
since leaving the jw's after over 4 decades, i can see exactly what it is and hate everything it stands for.
however, there are still some jw habits and traits that i can't get rid of:.
1. i can't swear in general conversation (i'd have to be really angry).
I think I have thrown them all on the scrap heap and discarded them all.
Their is no God
No devil
No God`s people on earth ( J.W.`s )
and no big "A" coming
So what is their to fear ?
The only thing I do agree with is the principle of Romans 13 : 1-7 but just leaving God out of the equation .
many people over many centuries have been involved in deciding which documents were scripture.
there has never been unanimous agreement, including today.
only the church of rome took a vote on the canon.
When I look back on it , imperfect human beings are the one`s that determine what is inspired and true scripture and the Almighty God Jehovah has no say in it ,he is mute.
How crazy is that ?
And what is more crazy is that the Jehovah`s Witnesses / WTB&TS accept the books that the Catholic Church deemed as inspired Scriptures. ? And aligned themselves up with the Protestant religions who also accepted the Catholic books with a few exceptions ?
And in all of that Jehovah God never uttered a word.
