instead i am referring to “leaders” being rich and powerful, whereas the ordinary citizen being poor, and powerless.. i was surprise that the majority of the world is run by socialist government.
the last few countries that are not socialist are the united states and parts of europe.

The exact point of balance between state and federal responsibility is a complex subject and I'm not an expert. States do have a certain autonomy though.
California has been nicknamed the giveaway state because of its generous social programs while states like mine rely more on religious and charitable groups. I don't think this works with healthcare though, which needs to be portable.

On a practical note though, I'm not the only one who found negotiating a half dozen toll roads to be an annoyance on a family trip.
It's also a little touch of irony that this sort of thing is extremely unpopular in the conservative western U.S. and the majority agree with me.

I think it's a matter of how much socialism we're willing to tolerate, as it's tough to find a society that does not have at least a little.
Toll roads were big on the eastern seaboard when I was younger. (Maybe they still are, I don't know) The more you used them, the more you paid, which was perfectly fair.
But I much prefer the cost of building and maintenance of highway and roadway systems to be taken out of my taxes. I don't care that this is a form of socialism. I don't care that people who pay no taxes and people who don't even live in this country get to use them the same as me.
If the Supreme Court puts a thumbs down it’s over.
We haven't had a case that SCOTUS would be willing to hear yet. And I'm not saying any of this because I like Biden. I don't.
I've disliked gun-grabbing Mr. Plagiarism since at least the mid 80's.
I'm saying this because there is a huge, huge gap between the things that are being said on social media and the actual cases that are going to court.
The cases that are making their way into court are laughable
Patricia McCullough is pretty far outside of the bounds of her authority as a Commonwealth Court Judge and her ruling really needs to be confirmed or disconfirmed (As the case may be) by the state Supreme Court.
There is a perception here and elsewhere that this a, "No harm no foul" situation vis-à-vis the election.
It's not.
If we don't get some solid evidence for this flood of lawsuits, heads will roll and people will go to jail
Pain and suffering as diagnosed by a mental health professional or simply claimed by the individual?
Is the source of the pain and suffering a traumatic event as in abuse or is it just a feeling that grew over time?

Emotional distress is more than being upset.
A drunk driver who runs your child over right in front of your eyes is liable criminally for his/her actions, but they are also liable for the emotional distress they have caused. This is real, quantifiable damage that can be measured by medical professionals.
as thanksgiving is just around the corner, just about all the states are implementing total lock-down with high penalties on any citizen who disobeys.

AZ has a higher per capita gun ownership than Texas, voted blue this time around and no lockdown either. Some of this is probably attributable to regional attitudes, population density and things other than pure politics.
