  Official Reason Why So Many JW's Bonkers.

  i spoke to my jw mum yesterday evening.

  i told her all about george, the jw who has decided to make my pub his watering hole.

  i told her that he was on the verge of being banned for his loudness and his appalling rudeness to the landlady.

  Well I always wondered why there were so many 'nuts' in the JW hall...

  I knew so many people on disability.. and they didnt have a limp, if you get my drift.

  One sister who was mildly retarded with scitz would rock back and forth through the whole meeting.. she made me sea sick!
  And they let her get baptized! She could barely take care of herself and eventually married another retarded man. I guess she messed around with him before they got married and was Privately Reproved, or something of that nature. I cant believe it.. she could barely dress herself!

  so i asked my sister a few questions and here is what i got!.

  -will black people turn white and speak hebrew in the new system?she laughed and said she never heard that before,april 1 1914 watchtower:all men privledged to live in that new world would return to man`s original state,including man`s original colour and language.. -why can the witnesses have blood transfusions in bulgaria?oh i have never heard that before,but we are to abstain from blood but it is our own choice!what does that mean!

  so if a jw was to choose a transfusion i`m sure he would be dfd?.

  when we in sweden read about so much terribel things happend in us, for exampel all this killing and massakers,.

  and scandals, as now in enron bussiness, i read that one boss killd himself, it is perhaps a new wartegate scandal.. then when i see all this movies widh a lot of killing and other terribel things, as been send all overer the word from hollywood,.

  can you not understand that some peopel see this as a poison , , if i then look what us military done, inn irak, and other places, killing innocent peopel, i think you goverment show one face at home , and other face inn for exampel the 3 word.. if i say if your presidint shows upp to bee involvd inn this mess inn enron , what do you say, as talk so much of jw as bad peopel, .

  Beans, good points.

  That made me think of my own little scenario..

  Lets say the WTBTS decided saying 'Good morning' was wrong. They announce that saying 'Good Morning' is actually a form of predicting the future.. since we havent actually gone through the whole morning, and therefore dont know if it will be 'good'. They say that after careful examination of the Scriptures and New Light, saying GOOD MORNING, GOOD NIGHT OR GOOD BYE is unscriptural. How many Witnesses can you see reading this saying, 'oh it makes perfect sense!'

  I can imagine it... I'm surprised they havent come up with it yet!

  It just goes to show.. they believe it is the absolute TRUTH, and nothing, no nothing, you say can change that! If the GB ran outside of Bethel naked and streaked through New York, the Witnesses would say something about they were trying to bring attention to God's Word. There is no reasoning with them. There is a book called Reasoning with the Scriptures. How about Reasoning with the Witnesses!

  JW: oh my Word! Are you reading Apostate stuff? I cant talk any further.... (goes and takes a hot shower with bleach to disinfect the Apostate germs on them)

  i've always felt that the adult jws got off pretty easily compared to jw kids.. for instance: .

  my dad went to work, and didn't bother his co-workers with jw stuff.

  it wasn't allowed.

  I'm glad I'm not the only one with memories of having to stay in the principal's office or stand in the hallway during the 'Pledge of Allegiance'.

  Too many times I was sent to the principal's office while they practiced the Christmas program. The ladies who worked in the office never knew why I was there, and just assumed I did something wrong, so they would tell me to draw on a piece of paper and keep my mouth shut. I felt so bad...

  Many times (growing up in Hawaii) they would practice hulas for MayDay or just anything in particular. I always had to sit under a tree while girls tried on pretty dresses and put flowers in their hair. I felt so alone....

  Many of my teachers hated jw's and took it out against me. One teacher in 2nd grade asked the kids to write why they loved Christmas. She said that my assignment was to write why I didnt celebrate it. So I was honest... I said men at the Kingdom Hall said it was bad and I would die from Jehovah if I did it!! The teacher made me stand in front of 20+ kids (it was a combined class) and read it. Afterward, there was dead silence. The teacher then proceeded to question me on my faith and ask how would God kill me for celebrating Christmas. I just stood there, my face burning hot (I was 7 at the time!!!!). I wanted to die... later, when the teacher sent the story home, my mom read it and about killed me. She said what an idiot I was and how I didnt know a damn thing, it was obvious to her I didnt listen to the meetings. But she never did explain why we couldnt do it. Thinking back, I was an honest kid.... I wrote exactly what I had been told at meetings!

  How many times did I want to explore my musical talents through Band but couldnt? How many times did I want to explore my leadership skills and run for class President? How many times did I want to get fit and join the Volleyball Club?

  So much lost...... it wont happen to my son!!!!!!!

  I was scared of apostates.....

  the only experience i've had with 'apostates' was when i was 7 years old.

  i was visiting family across the states and we went to a district assembly.

  i remember a group of people outside with signs and billboards.

  Mindchild, that story cracked me up.. I mean it's sad he was so hurt by the Witnesses, but just thinking about how all your preaching pissed him off! (pun intended)

  Have you ever seen him since? I wonder if any of the public got some of his 'special' ice...

  this year i have learned so much and what i keep being taught repeatedly through experience this time instead of what someone tells me, is that much of what the society taught us about the world and many of the things in it is pure nonsence!.

  i'm just giving one example for now even though there are many.. my son who is in elementary school has over a period of time expressed a desire to do something extracurricular.. oh the shame!!!.

  now out of all the different things out there we chose karate.. jws frown on this because its a form of self defence, a competitive sport and they have labeled it and all martial arts in fact as demonized.. he is learning shotokan karate.he loves it and not one demon or demonized thing has happened so far and never will.. in fact i like what they are teaching my son.. this saying is on the wall of the school or dojo,.

  Yea, at the time I thought they wanted to harm me.. but I'm sure now they felt sorry me. I do when I see those little kids at the assemblies and meetings! I wonder how many of them would choose to be there or do it for their parents approval....
