  Where Can One Get Answers To Questions From JWs?

  there's also a fellow who calls himself the "watchman," but he seems as critical as many of the so-called "apostates.

  i really don't want to take the bible lessons.

  I've tried JW.org. There's also a fellow who calls himself the "Watchman," but he seems as critical as many of the so-called "apostates." Is there a place where one can ask questions from knowledgeable believers or "a" believer? Or does someone know someone who does it? I really don't want to take the Bible Lessons. I'm just interested in an occasional answer to a question by someone who knows what they're talking about and can add some discussion.

  I'm not clear about what you are looking for. You have questions, but you are looking for certain type of answer only? Seems like you want to hear the answers you like, so then why asking?

  One the first things i saw when I started realizing that the WT is full of nonsense is the fact that they claim that they are all about the bible yet, they have gazillions of publications to explain, interpret and allegedly facilitate its understanding.

  I for once, started preaching at a very young age, as a child, and I remember leaving in people's hands lots and lots of WT publications, but can't remember once leaving a single bible to anyone.

  hi all, just recently i was thinking about the period of my study and eventual baptism as jw.

  it took many years, i guess in all about 10 years.

  various times i stopped the study but after a while it started again.

  So my question is: would anyone become a baptized JW when he/she only uses another bible, not the NWT?

  Possible but doubt it.
  

  In other words, if I would have continued to use my own bible, would I ever feel the need to become a baptized JW?
  

  I don't see how using a different bible may affect your decision. I personally don't see a correlation between one thing and the other.

  A millenniums old book in inaccurate languages, written when mankind was the most naive about its surroundings, written by different people in different periods in different languages, and written in parables, visions and dreams.   Actually, I don't see why a song or poem cannot be Nobel prize worthy. He's not the first person known primarily as a musician to win the prize in literature for poetic expression. In 1901 Sully Prudhomme won the prize for his poetic expression, in 1913 Rabindranath Tagore won for his poetic expression in music and in 2004 Elfriede Jelinek also won the prize.
