  pending tragedy for the wts and jws.

  the heavy-handed tactics of the leaders of the watchtower society have begun to bear rotten fruit.

  i suspect that it is just a matter of time before the need arises to coin some phrase to describe disfellowshipped or disassociated jehovah's witnesses who bomb conventions, shoot up kingdom halls or even attack bethel facilities.. leaders of the wts (and local elders) should stop and think about the lessons to be learned from columbine high school, the postal service (i.e.

  I think they would ignore them and do nothing, thinking it was crackpot apostate whoosies hiding behind a phone.

  howdy y'all,.

  my husband & i will be in dallas (north side of airport) from thursday till sunday (early) next weekend on business seminar.. i know this is rather short notice, but would anybody like to get together if possible?

  i know we'll be in grapevine on thursday as i fell in love with that little town.

  I think the standard dub attitude is that this is all just an attack by Satan. I find that worrying, because it's the cult attributes of that religion which leads the sheeple to have that emotional response, rather than a reasoned one.

  My wife and I are planning to come. Look forward to seeing everyone there, this will be our first Apostafest.

  BTW, last time we went to this Trail Dust, it was with an elder and his family. I'm sure this time will be more fun. Later . . .

  i had resolved in my mind to leave the world of witnesses and former witnesses behind.

  then september 11th happened, and this community was a wonderful support.

  then the un fiasco happened, and i was amused.

  Watchtower dissolves congregations?

  i have heard this from jws many times.

  they say that when the whole congregation is corrupt it is clearly noticable that jehovah's spirit is not with them.

  eventually if the whole congregation is corrupt the gb dissolves the whole congregation.. jws say this as if it were from personal experience.

  position that elders were clergy and the organization was a
  hierarchy in court. If so, maybe the precedent will come back
  to haunt them."

  The will not be allowed to argue a point one way in one case and some other way in a second case, Metatron. But, don't underestimate their ability to do linguistic aerobics. The judges are going to have to get used to their story. More media attention.
