I have spoken to quite a few bro's and all of them have said different things. Some Elder said it depends on the opinions of the local area about it too, some said depens on how the local cong feels. So I ask where is Jehovah's bible based principle on this.Tat is all.

Listen to thsi which contradicts itself within one cong itself.Three bro's in my cong.Two sporting frenchcuts, and one a normal beard and moustache.

After a year or so, the normal bearded one gets baptised and moves on to be appointed as a MS.

After sometime one bro with the frenchie is counseld to go clean shaven.

Last bro with the frenchie , not a peep.

So any elders or co's about can you explain what principle is being applied to all three?

I personally do not give two hoots but willing to see reason based on Bible based guidelines.

I have question about Harry Peloyan

i learned from loyd evans video that because of his higher education (harvard graduate).

and talented carrier in wall street journal,harry peloyan was very quick to be invited to world hq.. according to his life story (w may 1 ,2006) , he was invited to whq in 1957.. i wonder when was he baptized?.

is it true that people who have higher education be used by the org more quickly than people who don’t?.

I havent written the half of it! This branch representative came for the 3 day convention and on Friday when I met him he casually mentioned it would be nice to see me at the "bethel meeting". I did not respond.

After the " bethel Meeting " was over (I did not sit at the meeting ofcourse coz I lost the desire by then), Saturday after the session he come sup tome and says why were you not at the meeting for bethel service? I just deflected and he kept on saying you should you know, you are very skilled, we would love your expertise (when they need you, skills become an expertise). Sunday all day he kept on urging me to fill the form and he would see to it that he personally delivers it, sees to all the protocols so that I will be invited.

When I did not respond positively as he wished, he at last before leaving , one last time asked "are you so fed up with us lot that you do not want to come to Bethel anymore?"

Guess what I was so fuming inside I said yes and just left.

Guess who 's had the last laugh!

Asa’s heart was complete with Jehovah all his life.—1 Ki. 15:14.

Each of us can examine his heart to see if it is fully devoted to God. Ask yourself, ‘Am I determined to please Jehovah, to defend true worship, and to protect his people from any corrupting influence?’ For example, what if someone close to you has to be disfellowshipped? Would you take decisive action by ceasing to associate with that person? What would your heart move you to do? Like Asa, you can show that you have a complete heart by fully relying on God when you are faced with opposition, even some that may seem insurmountable. You may be teased or ridiculed at school for taking a stand as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Or colleagues at work may taunt you for taking days off for spiritual activities or for not often working overtime. In such situations, pray to God, just as Asa did. (2 Chron. 14:11) Remain firm for what you know is right and wise. Remember that God strengthened and helped Asa, and He will strengthen you. w17.03 3:6-8

i haven't posted in years but i had to log in to share this story from my neck of the woods.

second generation jehobo witless sex offender is caught with child pornography one year to the day after being charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor [i would link the article on his current arrest but it appears the article has been maliciously hacked with adult links in the text].

but here is what a good witness he is: "the tip came from the national center for missing and exploited children, who forwarded information provided to them by rabbit, inc., a file sharing network, who had identified images on their servers with several usernames that linked to edgerly, including shaneallen, roadhammer, and lovejehovah1... he also explained his usernames to the detectives.

This man liked to drive fast and knew that God was with him. He kept going faster & faster,80 Km, 100Km, 120 Km, 150 Km, 180 Km then he had an accident and died.

In heaven he asked God why He let him die, wasn't He supposed to be with him? :perplexed:
