Totally agree with Blondie. Also since you are not jw, the eldumbs will be leaning to believe every word (even lies) the father of your unborn child says coz he is a jw. He is one rung up the ladder than you so they will belive any BS that he spews. Also they have to keep the reputation of the organization clean too (cover-up, lies all inclusive to achieve this ). When it comes to his word ahainst your word; JW's tend to believe one of their own. Truth does not count.Sorry!

jesus said " he who lives by the sword dies by the sword" --- matthew 26:52. jesus was a carpenter and died nailed to a piece of wood!

(this line made me laugh at the irony.no offence to believers of him.

(I know it basically meant a person who lives violently will probably at some point be killed in a violent manner).

Noticed how the letter fails to give any scriptural backing to the changes to the baptism questions ! Maybe the Macallan spirits hit again n so the psycho babble spewed forth !

Moreover there is not just the two sides as OP puts out :CHRISTIANITY OR ATHIEST. Once you start diving deeper into information, there is no end of things to discover, learn,and perhaps some of yo wish to conclude therby believing /non-believing ; it is entirely ones opinion.

Richard Dawkins wrote in his book The God Delusion: The metaphorical or pantheistic God of the physicists is light years away from the interventionist, miraclewreaking, thought-reading, sin-punishing, prayer-answering God of the Bible, of priests, mullahs and rabbis, and of ordinary language. Deliberately to confuse the two is, in my opinion, an act of intellectual high treason.

Now coz of reading this book do not consider me an athiest/ theist/deist. I cannot be shackled with any belief !
