  I do not know if para 5 says something about husbands but para 6 seems sexist ie putting on that wife needs to be spiritually strong or else how is she going to look after her duties towards her child/children....I see the husband as invisible/ silent observer here, dont you? all he is expected of is to move up the rungs in the cong !. Does he not have to be spiritually strong as well to inculcate his kids too spiritual or does it all fall on the wifes shoulder's ???

  Question: "What is the anointing? What does it mean to be anointed?"
  

  Answer: The origin of anointing was from a practice of shepherds. Lice and other insects would often get into the wool of sheep, and when they got near the sheep’s head, they could burrow into the sheep’s ears and kill the sheep. So, ancient shepherds poured oil on the sheep’s head. This made the wool slippery, making it impossible for insects to get near the sheep’s ears because the insects would slide off. From this, anointing became symbolic of blessing, protection, and empowerment.

  a picture so embarrassing, even wtbts inc does not want to describe it?

  this week's study, no 52, march 1 2020 wt dec 1919. picture description (on page 27) for pages 23 and 26 but not for the one on page 24, too embarrassing?

  picture it, page 24. the wt lady, with a head volume ~8 times that of the gentlemen sitting behind her, eager to have her voice boom in the kingdom hall, raising arms with 3 other "sisters", whereas all 4 males are abstaining.

  These photos are all staged. Some years before I was invited to be in one. I was even told what to wear exactly! Every little detail is posed/staged, even who holds a tablet, who looks up, who looks down, every placement fo a person, expressions on face etc.everything is staged, so not really a general mtg pic.

  a body of odours letter refers to this verse and instructs them when handling congregational matters involving legal issues.if an elder were to breach this (minister-communicant privilege prevents any body of odour from revealing things said in private to him by a member), then he automatically waivers the minister-client privilege.

  I too used to think that things were fair but it was broken pretty quickly .

  Eg: One publisher and an odours son both got drunk and ended up doing the unthinkables (drugs, sex with multiple partners). Both confessed to the odours .The publisher was reproved seriously,disfellowshipped n all for 5 /6 years.The odours son got disfellowshipped and within 6 months reinstated and under a year became an ms. I know about both of their wrongs coz the publisher was a very good friend and opened up to me the night before he was soon to be d'fd.

  The whole cong knew why the publisher was disfelloshipped, the full works but very, very few knew why the odours son was disfellowhipped. Odours keep a tight grip on confidentiallity for their own family members but for anyone else, they are very loose tongued.

  How The WBTS Has Definitely Broken Confidentiality In Their Own Words!!!

  Proverbs 25:9 "do not reveal what you were told confidentially". A Body of Odours Letter refers to this verse and instructs them when handling congregational matters involving legal issues.If an elder were to breach this (minister-communicant privilege prevents any body of odour from revealing things said in private to him by a member), then he automatically waivers the minister-client privilege. the lawyer-client

  privilege generally protects an elder from having to disclose confidential communications between

  the elders and his lawyers, including the Legal Department.

  Dont you think they have always , always in all cases broken their own code of conforming to their laws? First off when a member confesses anything to the body of odours or on eof them, he immediately has to set up a meeting or talk with the others (law broken.)Does this one odour not have enough spirit guidance to deal with the situation? Secondly they always infrom or ask for the branch's help/ inform them (Law broken again).Blatant liars and law breakers; but when it comes to save their own skin in court, somehow temporary amnesia is miraculously cured, evidently by joke-hovahs grace, and they want clergy-penitent privilege.

  I personally know of congregation members who had serious problems/misgivings/issues with body of odours so this person wrote directly to the branch .What is the first thing they do, break the persons confidentiality privilege ; send the letter straight off to the body of odours to straighten the issue /or the person out.The latter always is the case! So much for applying the verse in proverbs! Yet they refuse to reveal the paedos who are in their midst and protect children.

  Yet they assume they are guaranteed a place in heaven!

  In your dreams.

  Just venting after i read this letter of 8 pages!

  NWT released in modern Hebrew

  on february 21, 2020, the wt society made the announcement in their website of the release of the new world translation in modern hebrew (hebrew scriptures - "tanakh") in haifa, israel.

  now, the complete nwt is available in modern hebrew.. some time ago, a poster here said that releasing (in theory, i.e.

  ) the hebrew bible in a modern version, such as the nwt, would be irrational.

  i was baptized in my early 20s so now realize was too young mentally to understand the full impact of that decision and the long term impact on my life.. the org should stop putting pressure on young ones to get baptized..

  People get cold feet on their wedding day! Rightly so ! So something like a lifelong committment to have handcuffs and shackles on feet should never be under pressure.

  On second thoughts how else can the Gar-Bage get free money for their real estate business, printing business and high flying maintainance!!
