Look, I've known a lot of jerks that don't stop their harassment. I understand the pain that comes from people who are trying to ruin your life. I'm not defending Lloyd's bad behavior. I'm just saying that making fun of him isn't helping anybody. It doesn't help you, it doesn't help him. If anything, making fun of the person hurting you makes your case worse.

It's one thing to "talk" about someone or a situation. I'm all for talking and reporting and getting comfort or therapy or whatever. But it's another thing to imitate the very behavior you're offended by or to get close to imitating that behavior by speaking abusively and making foolish pictures.

Is it really helping your case to encourage these depictions?

I have researched him. Like I said, I don't approve of any nasty stuff he's done. King Saul did nasty stuff too, but when the Philistines stuck his dead body on the wall to make fun of him, it wasn't appropriate.

If you see somebody beat up on the side of the road and left for dead, you can walk by or you can pick him up. What if "that guy" on the side of the road in Jesus' illustration was Lloyd Evans. We already know that the JWborg teaches to just walk by a "shunned" person who has been labeled "unworthy of love". I don't believe in their false doctrine.

Lloyd Evans has fallen. He's been exposed. You've already shunned him to show you don't approve of what he does. Maybe he'll change, maybe he won't. Either way, what good does it do for you to make fun of him? Is that going to help him change?

I don't "approve" of the shady things Lloyd Evans did. I'm all for exposing hypocrisy and reporting wrongdoing, etc, but what's the point in the extended character assassination and ridicule? He abused trust and acted poorly. He's reaping what he sowed. Fine. Good job whoever exposed the wrongdoing, keep warning people if there is bad stuff going on, but what's the point in abusing him verbally and with all the pictures? It's kinda gross.

There is an expression: "Pick on someone your own size." If you really think you're intellectually/morally superior and you think he's emotionally/mentally "smaller" than you, then why are you acting like middle school bullies in this way? Ridicule doesn't add to your argument, it just undermines your authority.

I'm pretty sure in the community guidelines I read "This is not the venue for you to harass, abuse or intimidate others however much you may not like what they believe."

The thread is about Lloyd Evans. How many of the posts would he consider harassment or abuse? If you were talking that way about my brother, I'd ask you to stop.

The lights of figurative Israel (Christendom), the lights of figurative Babylon (all the religions), the lights of figurative Egypt (the idols, whatever they represent to each person, people have their own idols, many types of idols) will go out.

The attack on the religious institutions will be like the figurative lights going out. It's recorded also figuratively in Revelation 8:12...

Even though the lights went out in Egypt when the plague of darkness hit, the Israelites still had light in all their dwellings.

True Christians, those who have a relationship with God through Jesus, are like "Israel" in that they are "contenders with God" and they will still have "light" in their dwellings during the time of darkness, during the 3 1/2 years of the great tribulation when the religious institutions are attacked.

That will be the time to "let the light shine" so that others can hear that Jesus is King in heaven (because at that point he will be) and to tell that he will be coming by the end of the 3 1/2 year tribulation to fix everything.

Humans have tried all kinds of governments, but they've never had the chance to try to rule without the interference of organized religion. The 3 1/2 years of the great tribulation will show that human governments cannot fix things on earth, either with organized religion around or without it.

True Christians are like Jerusalem, which will be trampled on by the nations until the appointed times of the nations has come to a finish. The appointed times for the nations is 3 1/2 years. The good news of the kingdom will also be preached during that time. Then the end will come.

The generation that sees the beginning of the great tribulation will live to see the end of it, because it's only 3 1/2 years the tribulation will last. Then Jesus will come on the clouds, and everybody will know and see him.

Abaddon the destroyer is he Jesus?

rev 9:11 the angel with the key to the abyss is called abaddon which means destroyer.. the cross references show jw doctrine teaches he is jesus himself using the account in luke where jesus got the demons out of that girl and they said don’t throw us into the abyss.

and revalation 20:1 shows an angel with the key to the abyss.. either watchtower are right and it’s jesus or there are more than one angel with the key to the abyss.. if it is jesus the destroyer of souls it sounds like conan the destroyer.. from the research guide-abaddon, the angel of the abyss—who is he?.

When Jesus is enthroned and the UN attack on the JWborg and other religions starts happening, many people's faith in God will be revived, including many exJWs, because they will know Jehovah heard their cries and anguish when the false shepherds of the borg did so many bad things. Jehovah knows where all His little sheep are, and He hasn't abandoned them while they've been on that torture stake, just like He didn't abandon Jesus on the torture stake, even though at one point Jesus cried out, "My Father, My Father, why have you abandoned me?"

I am definitely not a follower of Robert King! Lol🤣🤣🤣 I did go to visit his forum once and he kicked me out right away because I called him out on wanting to be worshipped just like the GB.

Israel was a small nation, but they played into Bible prophecy. The congregations of Revelation 2 and 3 represent all of the Christian groups who claim to trace their roots to the first century Christian congregation, in other words, anyone who claims to be Christian. But which group among them has falsely prophesied about Jesus already coming in 1914 and misled millions and their leaders claimed to be gods in the way they put their own rules ahead of God's while claiming to be His Name People? There are some specific fulfillments on the JWborg because they have reproached Jehovah's name to an extreme degree while claiming to represent Jehovah Himself by Name, but all the religious institutions are included in the prophecies regarding the attack on religious institutions.

All the religions will be "disciplined" by the attack on religious institutions. Jesus will gather true Christians to true worship from wherever they can be found, whether they are in a church of Christendom or isolated somewhere or a Jehovah's Witness or whatever.
