"New delays in Jehovah’s Witness figure court case

A Sunshine Coast Jehovah’s Witness figure accused of horrific sex crimes remains behind bars amid further delays to the ongoing court proceedings.

Fresh delays have emerged in the court proceedings for a Sunshine Coast religious member accused of more than 50 horrific sex crimes.

A 62-year-old man – who cannot be named for legal reasons – has been charged with 54 offences including 21 counts of rape, 17 of sexual assault and torture.

It has previously been alleged the man, who was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness community, used his position to sexually assault young men between 2008 and 2018.

The man is currently on Supreme Court bail in regard to the 54 charges but was arrested for six fresh charges on Saturday, September 23, 2023.

The new allegations include sexual assault, distributing intimate images and attempting to interfere with a potential witness.

No application for bail was made when the matter was mentioned on Monday, September 25, in court.

During a court mention on Friday, September 29, defence lawyer Rémy Kurz asked for brief of evidence to be ordered for the six charges.

The fresh charges had been brought forward to be discussed with the other alleged offences.

Mr Kurz told the court an application of disclosure and for cross-examination were filed in regards to the 54 charges and asked for the matter to be set for a new directions hearing.

The court heard a directions hearing was previously refused and adjourned for a full committal hand-up initially set down for Friday.

Police prosecutor Jeanette Grigoris told the court the accused had since changed counsel and wanted to start court proceedings again from the start.

“This is file is one of those ones that smells of delay tactics” Magistrate Matthew McLaughlin said.

Mr McLaughlin adjourned the matter for December 11, 2023, when the magistrates overseeing the matter returns from leave.

The man was remanded in custody."

The angels have been acting as a restraint, holding back the winds of that storm. The fact that the lawless ones have been revealed, in all the religious institutions, shows it is the time for the angels acting as a restraint to let go of the winds.

"After this I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding tight the four winds of the earth, so that no wind could blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree."

The time for the destruction of "Babylon the Great" is here. WTBT$ is part of Babylon the Great. Can't you hear the howling of the wind? It's not years away.

If I knew the exact time, I would tell you, but no one on earth knows that.

I do know that the WTBT$ will be "alive" when it is torn down. It won't fizzle out and fade away. It will still be operating when it is shut down. (Revelation 18)

I also know when I hear thunder near that the storm is close. I don't know how close because I don't "measure" how close the storm is, but if I look outside and I see the storm clouds and hear the thunder, I know to "get out of Dodge" so-to-speak.

Anybody who sees the direction the governments are going as regards getting sick of religious hypocrisy, the exposure of the CSA stuff, Norway, Russia, Japan, etc...you can hear the "thunder" and see the "lightning" approaching. It's soon. It's not "years" away. It's soon.

The inebriated shepherds of WTBT$ are just like the drunken guards of Babylon who left the city gates open on the night of Belshazzar's party. Though under siege, they carelessly left the gates open. It's the same today. The governments of the nations are figuratively just outside the gates of Bethel and other religious institutions, but the religious hypocrites are in denial. They don't want to believe their party will end. They're in for a rude awakening. When the hour of destruction/dissolution comes on the so-called "Guardians Of Doctrine" at WTBT$, all their JW lovers will say: "Who knew?"

A soon as Jesus takes the throne in heaven. Jesus said when he takes the throne in heaven, he'll send his angels to expose all the religious hypocrites by means of the governments dissolving the religious institutions (aka destruction of Babylon the Great.) They'll be figuratively burned up, the religious institutions, and the religious leaders will be figuratively weeping and gnashing their teeth, because no "Legal Department" or "Service Department" can stop it. Bye-bye WTBT$. No more WT elders misusing their so-called "religious authority" and abusing kids and Bethel covering it up, and all the other reproachful junk associated with religious institutions.

"When is this supposed to happen?" It will be like a thief in the night, at a time when they least expect it.

You can see the storm coming. It's about to strike. Jesus said the religious leaders could interpret the signs of a storm in the sky but they were too pig headed to know the sign that their destruction was near. It's the same today. The WTBT$ (and other religious institutions) refuse to change and get rid of their nasty ways. God isn't going to protect the WTBT$ when the governments come calling. God is the one calling the governments to destroy the WTBT$.

The WTBT$ likes to take Matthew 24:45 out of context, but here is what that illustration says in context:

"On this account, you too prove yourselves ready, because the Son of man is coming at an hour that you do not think to be it. Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? Happy is that slave if his master on coming finds him doing so! Truly I say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings. But if ever that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying,’ and he starts to beat his fellow slaves and to eat and drink with the confirmed drunkards, the master of that slave will come on a day that he does not expect and in an hour that he does not know, and he will punish him with the greatest severity and will assign him his place with the hypocrites. There is where his weeping and the gnashing of his teeth will be."

The WTBT$ thought 1914 was the time Jesus was enthroned, but they were wrong. Jesus will be enthroned at a day and hour they do not expect, and then he will come make an accounting with the religious institutions. Now is the "day" the religious leaders do not expect and now is the "hour" that they do not know. It's soon.

I live in Maine. Before being disfellowshipped for telling on rotten elders who are trained to cover for abuse, I was in the same circuit as one of Fyans' victims. I will not say her name so she doesn't get doxxed or something. I know a bunch of JWs who were in that Fort Kent area during the time Fyans was. All the elders and others from that time to this time who knew about what happened and didn't do ANYTHING - it makes me want to vomit. These guys are complicit for covering abuse of the worst sort. The WTBT$ can't claim "false allegations" anymore because too many people know the truth. I didn't find out until recently that my friend was one of those victims from the Palmer Leaks, and now I can't comfort her because of the stupid disfellowshipping doctrine. The JWBorg won't comfort her because they're too busy wanting to protect their "image". I HATE WTBT$. But as much as I hate them, I know Jehovah hates them even more.

(PID people, your Tower's falling down. The allegations are real. One of the victims in this case used to serve at Bethel, so did her brother-in-law. Her husband and her father-in-law are elders who still give talks at the assemblies and conventions. She is not some "fringe" person or what you consider "an apostate with an axe to grind." If these documents were not leaked, nobody in the JWBorg would have put this Ernest Fyans guy in prison. He was cruel even at the trial. The "Legal Department" at Bethel is a joke. The "Service Department" is evil. The JWBorg is so horrid to talk about "truth" and "justice" all the while refusing to protect these sheep. The blood on the hands of the "FDS" is a stench ascending to heaven and Jehovah's rage is about to sweep the WTBT$ away in response. You would be wise to find new living arrangements.)
