after their courtcase in norway going wrong, splane actually warns lawmakers that they will be in big trouble if they don't change their ways.
he's referring to the preaching work, which has nothing to do with the case.
it's all about their treatment of ex-jws.
No, they become more and more mainstream.

i’d like to start out by saying this is my opinion.. i believe that the organisation is about to make blood transfusions in any form a conscience matter.. they will still ban the eating of blood.. they will gaslight everyone by talking about how it is so much safer now.
and will say something along the lines of how our stance protected us from the aids crisis etc.. and i believe this change is going to happen before the annual meeting 2024.. i think the annual meeting will announce they are scrapping the midweek meeting and instead we get to watch a streamed talk at home through a revamped website similar to the way netflix works.. obviously take my opinion with a hefty pinch of salt..
They are happy with the curent policy.

a few weeks later, the witness that i speak, family and friends are very happy with the recent changes .. no one mentions the df aproach change, fieldservice report and free entrance to the paradise for non jw.. only the clothing style and beard are mentioned.. the sisters are all in a halaluja happy modes.
they are feeling being respected and heard by the lovely leadership.. one brother told me he will never grow a beard because he lost his elder status in the early 90's because of his beard.
now it's allowed i will not grow a beard he sweared.. it seems jw.org has down a great change job.

It seems jw.org has down a great change job. All the sisters happy and the DF change is ignored or not relevant.

actually, it was “love for jehovah” and a desire to “remain loyal to him” that made me leave the jehovah’s witness “religion”.. gradually, it became very clear to me that the organization does not represent jehovah.
if anything, it had become apostate.
I heard the story that a brother overhere in the 70's DF'ed the Governing Body.
The result of that was an open door...

no matter what opinions you may have, the memorial is very important to us.
many are opposed to the way the organization performs the memorial because of restrictive rules as to who should partake.
as jesus said in scripture, "keep doing this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.
because of some respect for family members, we visited the memorial today.. a moment i always think, could i go back into this religion?
we entered the hall and some said a short hello.
and with short i say short.

Thanks all for the reactions. We came into the hall with a friendly smile and left with questions and some disapointment. Was this the religion of our youth?!?
We, a PoMo family, have peace of mind, joy and hapiness. Our children are happy, friendly, logical and such a great open mind characters. My wife and I have the friendly smile and peace in mind. We don't have the rules and regulations. And the changes about field service, beards, clothing style and DF had no impact on us. Jo Publisher and his family seems realy depressed. The Caleb and Sophie's seems not happy anymore. Remember the saying that people outside the organization live in "a mist". I think the mist clouds are in the hall now.

It's not about 1, 2 or 3 meetings today. The flock lost the joy, and a beard and pants will not change it.

We entered the hall and some said a short hello. And with short I say short. Most of them said nothing. A few beards and no sisters in business fashion.
This year our conclusion was the lack of joy of the local witnesses. They are old, or looked old, sad and have no smile anymore. If it was the funeral of a near relative. The children in the hall looked so sad.
We are so proud of our own children, no jw upbringing but always a smile and happy. Logical thinking and never complains.
Never saw such a lack of joy in the hall, what would be a sign of christianity. if this is the weekly reality there are serious problems for the organization.

there’s a term in the corporate / business world known as blue ocean strategy.
the basic gist of it is to stop wasting time in your small, dwindling pool of current customers when there’s a wide open ocean of untapped customers out there.
to achieve this leap is to adapt or transition to a more appealing package of your current business model to attract the masses.
