Cards/Notes for Shunned Father
by Simon inwe met lawrence (shunned father) last month in canada and one thing that hit us was how 'alone' he was now that the wts and ther zealots have turned against him.
i'm sure he could use some support right now and to know that he isn't on his own even though his local support may be a bit light.. if anyone in the uk would like to send lawrence a card or note then you are welcome to send it to us and we will forward them on to him.
just email me or angharad ([email protected]) and we will send you our address.. anyone from other countries is welcome to do this as well but it will probably take a bit longer.

Did you get anyone into the Borg?
by FiveShadows ini am fortunate enough to say "no.
" i tried very hard to get people to come to meetings and assemblies...and during it all i was bored out of my mind and had a voice in my heart keep saying "what if what you think is the 'truth' is not really the "truth" and you stand before the throne to be judged?
would these people take your place and die for you because you believed in them and not jah?

Hey, I'm a publisher again
by RunningMan inlast night, i returned from the chess club with my son to find my wife on the phone.
apparently the congregation secretary had phoned to get our time.
not wanting to disappoint him, she put us both down for two hours.. now, none of us have stepped foot in a kingdom hall since april 10, and we haven't been out in service since march/01.

My condolances on your recent bad news. Try hitting a convenience store or something to get those nasty letters removed from your name...

Meh.
Don't care.
I won't be shedding any tears if and when the WTS burns to the ground. I'm past it.

What do you think?
by MARTINLEYSHON in.
i would like to hear from anyone who subscribes to my believe in creation as the bible states, however when jehovah realized that earthly man was a complete screw up, and that he would eventually turn out this way, he immediatly started all over again 5000 light years away, and the second time around he's got it right.. somewhere in the universe there is a perfect race of people created in gods image enjoying what the dubs think is going to happen to them lol.. what do you all think?
sensible answers please ozzie...... martin

Why Would Jesus (for heaven's sake) command us to DRINK his blood
I'm not sure how he would pull it off really, as humans on average only have 6-7 litres of blood in them. I'm sure 2000 years and a measly few litres of blood are a tad too long to stretch out the blood drinking command party you speak of, unless Jesus made his own personal bloodbank from the wine he made from water, and stockpiled it in barrels somewhere in 'very very bad man' land.

The bible doesn't say that Jesus commanded his people to 'drink his blood', he commanded his people to observe an emblem (wine) that signified his blood, and that the remnant of the 144000 were to take a snort for whatever vague reasons the bible gives. Can't pass heavens gates without being legally drunk or something. I dunno.

If I were a perfect God, I'd definately make my people suffer because of my lack of foresight fuckups. Thats right! If you want everlasting life, you'll have to subscribe to the notion that this life is a hopeless plight, and derive happiness from the bibles perverted self deprecating views!
Yep! Thats a sure sign of a loving, and perfect God!

by restorebeauty in.
i just saw a dub at lunch time, in manhattan, on a busy street, looking like a human magazine rack.. .
my question is, did you ever get embarrased standing in such a public place?

I don't know Cygnus -- maybe it's the because of their embarssingingly low wages and commission rates.
