  What Head Covering Should I Wear?

  i've been out of the borg since august 2001 and have been attending an episcopal church since january.

  this sunday, i'm scheduled to pray and read the bible before the congregation for the first time.

  even though my priest jokingly said in reference to a head covering, "you better not wear one," especially being that she never wears one.

  Dang! He needs to snap out of it quick before his career goes totally down the drain. If he doesn't, boy is he going to have regrets later when he finally does wake up.

  And no JWs are not supposed to be at night clubs but I'm sure they would never tell Prince he couldn't.

  Top STUPID criticisms of the WTS

  there are certainly enough valid criticisms of the wts and the jw religion, but a significant number of often-repeated criticisms of the religion are, imnsho, just ludicruous and serves to take attention away from the real issues.

  significant problems with the wts includes, but are not limited to, the shunning policy, the blood issue and of course the corporate policy of hiding child molestors.. here is a list of criticisms of the wts that i find particularly annoying to see:.

  russell was a freemason (or, even worse, the wts is part of some other large-scale conspiracy like the illuminati).

  I think you just saved terafera and I from going back to meetings, Good God this thread!!!

  Don't get me wrong Jan H, I am most greatful for threads like these that enrich my understanding and feed my intellect but I think it's a little deep for us newbies fresh out of the borg that are still in the "sorting this all out" stage. Kinda scarey even.

  PS: Why is this page (#3) messed up? I have to scroll miles sideways to read most messages.

  Please, whomever knows how to fix this problem please let us know how?!??!?!?! It's driving me nuts.

  I'm with revdrjohnson. After a couple of months doing research on the internet, that was it for me. I remember the moment... I was sitting at my desk here at work and was reading something on Randy's website, after reading the article I started crying and I said to myself "I've been defrauded!". From that moment I could not bring myself to ever return to the KH or go out in service again.

  I did gladly fake a service report for a few months to keep the elders off my back, though.
