If the elder can hide it , the statutes of limitations are 3 years, unless there is 'notoriety', public disclosure, --then history can reach back more than 40 years and justice will be done as happened to that then teenager for his misdeeds.

When the word "destroy" is used by wt, it must refer to Armageddon? just as the "end" prophecy by Jesu was about the destruction of the temple, Jerusalem? so here:

The wt prophecy of the overlapping anointed group says that all anointed will pass away, be raptured before Armageddon. , whereas Jesus said "will not pass away--" before the destruction of Jerusalem, will survive because of fleeing (refugees already then) -- , some lived 30 + years past that passing away . what would we do without the Revelation, written in 100 CE? and:

Splaine mentioning the unknown anointed, here is a well known, George Gangas, serving in 1914 as an 18 year old , died in 1996. an imaginary overlapper G Gangas the II, with a similar record would take the second group past 2075, so, what is a hundert years between friends? when it comes to the end of the word? if you are wrong once, it is so easy to do it again.

Wt comment: Jehovah handled the case himself, not allowing humans to judge the affair. yeah, killing 70 000+ innocents, when removing 2 guilty would have done. so, the moral: jws,--- look forward to more of the same.

New Generation Understanding

hello everyone, i am new here and newly freed from the snare of wtbs.

my sister, also newly freed, said our mom told her at the annual meeting there was a new "understanding" on the generation confusion.

it is now the annointed that will not pass away.. has anyone else heard this?

yes some on GB now in 50s - so if they live as long as Franz or Barber etc - the possible date for Armageddon has been moved forward 40 years - past my life time. jwexelder.

or if one takes the example of George Gangas the anointed two group overlappers will reach past 2075. What an appropriate failed centennial celebration. to look forward too for our grand-grand -children.

during my study of the 2015 article i recalled that we had just revised our understanding of the sheep and the goats a few years ago and this caused me to research the real progression of the jw understanding of this parable.

i was just thinking about how the wts has been spouting off for years that satan and his demons were cast down to the vicinity of the earth in 1914, but really, when you think about it, what was the difference before 1914 or after 1914?.

its not like satan and his demons did not have access to the earth.

satan and his demons always were messing with earth.

"--Before creation of matter started, there was no time--", it should read "There was no movement through time." Even now, under the right condition that one way movement can come to a halt for you, while time keeps existing as a dimension just as before and into the future. According to wt, the angels applauded during the 13.8 billion years, that space, energy, matter accelerated (time^2). before that, blinking?
