That is a very interesting analogy. I have to sleep on that. Wt would not be interested. how would money flow out of that pot at the end of your refracted rainbow? Their internal glow can not grow.

I remember a circuit assembly where they had the local comparison chart rigged to show the results of all the congregations, to shame the laggards, I guess. I remember well 1958 the out of the blue announcement & demonstration at Yankee stadium / Polo grounds of sisters doing mike-amplified conversations from the platform, and the questionable dearth of bible text to justify the change , while we gave 4-8 bible text sermons at the doors. and Then there was the appointed company/ congregation servant, the man that would not budge, move, become sick or die to give new blood a chance at the helm. There must have been swinger congregations like Lois Lane lfS describes, but I remember only the close to the line petting and necking in the cars. One Bethel brother who "blew it", had his doors rigged, so the sisters could not open them from the inside. -

the org waited and waited to see if their interpretation of it came true.
those alive in 1914 would still be alive obviously it didn't and jws have to believe in an overlapping generation.

police believed she may also be suffering from shock.. the kingdom hall of jehovah’s witnesses suffered significant damage when a female parishioner crashed through two walls in her car.

Do you not in that statement put too much importance in our egos? after all, the ALL, the universe functions just fine without our input, and do you think the universe of all things, created itself, with it's laws, energy?
Particular gods might be human ideas, but the works in the universe are not.

F&c: "--we must think about our own deaths and thus we created the concept of God and god forbid "purpose". The facts are no one knows. I am probably closer to death than most here, yet my points are strictly on the existence beyond the now expanding through time universe. The laws made our existence possible, and that is enough for me and my offspring. My insistence of feeding us caused some suffering to animals, Luck in publicity made a better invention falter, The works of creation are great enough, we need no special personal favours , which often would be granted at the expense of others, so, let's appreciate the works.

I thought along the lines, and expanding on Dr. Roger Penrose's theories of information coming from outside our present universe. Our present understanding of the cosmos might be limited like CNN or Fox news, the rest of the planet does not seem to exist from their point of view.
