immanentism might be the word that best defines my worldview . Creative laws are being applied again and again. The creator is just that, a worker. Remember, -creation has done quite well without us discovering the details of it now, and that knowledge might instill the illusion in some, that understanding somehow eliminated the creative process to have happened in the first place. Our great science achievements can make us blase^ or deepen our awe and gratitude. imho.

I see in nature, even inanimate, an irresistible pressure to create novelty, to evolve.
Does any of this matter at all?,
Where? in the same timeframe he was before we emerged from the point in time, moving outward. what is the creator? I do not know. He has no position in the spatial universe. would he need to? He was outside the universe when it was at plank size and he still is, but if you think of "him" as a large female, we would be embraced by him. --semblance to human constructs of the divine now or in the past? no. uninformed feeble misguided attempts. No mechanism for contact have been detected, I imagine there should be a flow of gratitude though. --No, It does not know everything, by choice, not even the future, as we develop it, but even we can predict mechanical events ( August 21, 2017 10 am. ) An eternal creator would already be in the far future, but that does not mean he can or would want to know what we are going to be up to, after all, here are far more interesting possibilities right?
Does it matter? well, my parents matter to me, and I hope I will matter to my children, ---one day.

Sheep and the Goats - The Light Gets Brighter
by nmthinker inperhaps some of you remember a new understanding of the sheep and the goats in the epic march 2015 wt study edition - specifically the article "loyally supporting christ's brothers".. while this article was studied many months ago, it was instrumental in helping me wake up.
during my study of the 2015 article i recalled that we had just revised our understanding of the sheep and the goats a few years ago and this caused me to research the real progression of the jw understanding of this parable.
i put the results of my research in an excel spreadsheet.. .

Fisherman, If wt would be dedicated to disperse the funds it amasses to the tasks that Jesus specified as meriting reward, -- instead from benefitting the least, it is benefitting the elite. If the 144 000 were the only brothers of Christ since Pentecost, and the sealing went on since then, there must have been 2 wt classes since then, and benefits flowing from the Other Sheep to the Anointed Sheep since then too? and: according to wt, the last anointed will be raptured before Armageddon, then Jesus will sit down for the Sheep&Goat judgement, as a review. The wt earthly class exists only since 1931? Do you not see the parable better explained as a timeless enjoinder to compassion ? rather than expiration- dated from pentecost to the end of the overlapping generation?

Schnell, Even the extravagance of the peacock display has an evolutionary explanation, a male, that not only has the extra energy and genetic mobility to produce and refine such display, and then is able to defy and evade predators with that handicap, should rightfully merit the females' invitation to fertilize her eggs.
The "creator all the way to the bottom" argument for me is moot, because conditions prior to the pre-big bang point in time can somehow be discerned, and do not preclude the possibility of a creator ( not like fairies that contribute nothing). What processes led to the particular laws that govern our universe, can we ever detect the lawmaking process? the genius in creation is though, that the amazing structures developed that way. far superior to the hand-on clay model of the bible. Speculation of different -law-constants multiverses? I feel small enough the way it is, looking at apod nightly. .

support Jesus' brothers, regardless of what that means,
I read Jesus' words to mean: help on the personal, humanitarian level, to the most helpless, sick, lowly and destitute; Not at all to support the wealthiest, the power entrenched elite of the self-appointed "anointed".
The parable does not allow for an [that] excuse:
If you gave because you supported an organisation, or did it because just thought of buying salvation, none of that is even mentioned by jesus, so: help the needy, because the creator might just consider that you with empathy thought to help fellow creatures, the lowest.

JWs would likely vote Republican if they could.
Some would , because Rump, to a point, is an anti-establishment candidate, Many became JWs, because it is an anti-establishment religion, many are on this site, because of the abuse by the wt establishment. Isis is thought to be a movement against the older muslim establishment.
The oldest establishment is the sovereignty issue. so:
Trump. brexit, afd all in the same boat. or? change is good, that is how we got here.

Does it argue for a creator, or does it argue for a cause?
I am satisfied that it is possible to have simply the right conditions for an ur-cause to exist,
I favor the view of a creator over a mere cause, for the extravagance in nature. If efficiency were the driving force, we would not have the ornamentation we see, the paper thin (10 m) rings of saturn, plumage of the peacock, the 10 in the bode law. all done by law.
Laws are the product of a certain intelligence. even if it is an ass'.
To those that point to perceived cruelty, misdesign in nature. I say: visit a slaughterhouse and see how much cruelty is imposed on lesser beings to feed you, or your offspring.
Limited use design seems to be a feature of the past.

schnell, the existence of creation argues for a creator, creation started at a point in time 13.8 billion years ago. Before that time, time was not schnell, but stationary and seemingly eternal. If there was no movement through the 4th dimension time, no causality as we know it now need to exist, and then an eternal creator would not need a cause. Many hypotheses about the origin of our particular universe now imply the pre-existence of time as a dimension and uf energy.
It is not time that is schnell, but we are. We are moving through time, schnell at any speed slower than c. The schneller we move through space the slower we move through time.

Yes, but that doesn't mean fill the gaps with God.
If there is a creator, the gaps were/are filled by/with god anyway, it is just that we, cleverly, have discovered how it was done. dis-cover = taking off the cover and peek. By looking at the results though, we can perhaps have a guess at the personality, the motive of a possible creator. The oldest covers are already beyond our horizon, defined by "c" to peek at.

We do know the answer to the first of those questions - all life evolved from a common ancestor over millions of years
Yes, but that not still leaves a lot to answer, in that first part, from the inorganic, pre-abiogenesis stage, back into time, even beyond our universes' beginning?
