Interesting how the video cam captured the echo of her voice! Can you do that these days? I don't own a video cam so I don't know how much it can do. If that was her real singing (while she's sitting on a chair), that was amazing. It is too bad that she won't be able to do anything more than occasional jw talent show.

I took for the first time my kids tricker-treating !!!
by Lapuce inyes i did it, i finally took my two kids out on halloween for their first time!!!
i will remember this i think for the rest of my life!
my two boys, the oldest 9, dressed as a pirate and the youngest 5 as spiderman.

We had the first Halloween outing as well. We went to a local mall with friends. I didn't know trick-or-treating could be so tiring. Maybe I'm getting old. We didn't even go through half the stores, and we went out for dinner. But it was great. We had fun, and my son had free candies and other goodies. Not to mention a little precious memory as well.

Sometimes I amaze at the power of brain wash. I'm sure Tom Cruise is not stupid, but he is convinced that vitamins will cure (or at least help) the mental illnesses. I laughed at the fact that it started by a science fiction writer. But many sects and cults started by a man or woman whose had a different day job. Maybe that's why they don't pay that much attention to that fact.
I didn't know much about scientology. But now I know no one should be in it.

Smoking when pregnant.
by Moomin inon the radio today they spoke about people who smoke when pregnant.
a woman rang in and said it was probably absolutely fine as her mum smoked when pregnant with her and she turned out alright?!?
the news was that some young mothers-to-be are deliberately smoking as they heard that it will make the babies smaller and therefore easier to give birth to.

How Do YOU Diet To Lose Weight?
by minimus intypically, by the end of the summer, i usually take off some weight due to good exercise and better eating.
then, in late fall and in the winter, it gets tough again.....what do you do to keep the weight off or if you've put a few pounds on how do you keep them off??
