not to get too deep of a "scary" subject, but wanted to hear opinions out there.. when taught at the kh, we were always told there is no such things as ghosts, but if there were one it was a demon.

i want to use that as an example to how dogmatic they are about so many things, that if they say it to be one way, then that is the truth period.. as it turns out, growing up, we had a ghost in our house.

don't laugh, it is true.

puts plugs in his ears from the start.. now, it don't seem to be my imagination, but many ladies for some inexplicable reason seem a tad unreasonable at least once a month where anything i do seems to be wrong in their eyes.

most ruddy irksome it is from a guys point of view i can tell ee.

here we are, quite happy in our own right, say something to this here balmpot, and wowwwwww irritable utterances just tumble forth with such degrees of unreasonableness tis almost funny to observe, but dare i laugh in their presence whilst she be in this most unpredictable of states?

Sentinal, why thank-you darlin! You are so kind. And yes, we do have a lot to be grateful and we can find happiness outside the borg. This must be how the slaves must have felt when they rised above it! It is truly a good feeling, isn't it.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to go through the loss of someone completing suicide in your life. It's a club that no one wants to be in, isn't it! Good to meet'cha and I hope to see ya around the boards again. Feel free to email me if you ever want to! =;o)

LB, I guess it does sound pretty rough, but I'm actually doing okay now. Maybe if someone that's having a hard time reads it, they will know that things can and do get better. =:o)

MARTHA'S VINEYARD ANYONE???????

anyone from martha's vineyard congregation?

that's pretty much where it all began with me and the "truth" , would love to chat regarding people, places and things from times past.

i walked out back in 1997 (i was not living on the island at that time), and would love to hear from only those that have also left the jw"s from the island.

Sisteract, CC and I went on our honeymoon at Martha's Vinyard! We loved it too! We live in Nashville and had always gone south for vacations, so we wanted to go north for a change! We want to visit again one of these days. =:o)
