Thanks guys for the input! Actually, I am in quit a bit of pain. I have adhesions from previous surgeries. Trying to find some relief, but I don't seem to be having any luck at the moment. I checked out the website. Thanks for that! I'll also check into massage therapy. If anyone is living with pain, they will tell you, it's no fun. Maybe I'll find the answer out there somewhere. I'm trying to keep a positive attitude.

"The Apostates Are Infiltrating The Congregations Now"
by minimus inat the circuit assembly, my mother mentioned to me that the society is warning of a new danger.
there are witnesses that are on the internet reading apostate things but are still members of the congregation.
they are slowly being infiltrated by the 'apostates' and are still amongst us.

Minimus, that is very interesting! Maybe one day all the kingdom halls will close for good! Wouldn't that be sweet!

How do you view your parents ????? very tough question !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by run dont walk inbeing brought up in the borg since birth, i beleived everything my parents taught me and showed me, i looked up to them, they were my heroes in life.. now, i look back, they lied to me, cheated me, mislead me, did not look out for my best interests, and abadonned me when i needed them the most,.
i have nothing good to say about them (or my brothers and sisters), like to tie them both to a tree and ----- them.
they are very stupid people.. i'm sure i will wrestle with this the rest of my life.. thanks so much watchtower bible and tract society !!!!!!!!!!

Bisous, even though I hear what you're saying, and I respect that, I realize that many of us came out of a horrible childhood *including myself*. When does the day come when you say, enough is enough, I'm not a victom anymore, rather a survivor? I held on to so much anger and resentment for so long and it sucked the life out of me. It got me no where. I wallered in self pity and self medicated myself with drugs, food and whatever I could get my hands on. There comes a time in everyones life when they have to tell themselves, I may not have gotten what I needed growing up, but I can give that to myself now. Holding on to the issues with my parents only drug me down. I've learned forgiving, no matter who it is, is something you do for yourself, not the other person.

Ya know, I'm 43 now, raised in the *truth*. I wasted my education believing that Armageddon was coming in 1975. My parents are dead now. I guess I could sit here and place judgement on them, but for me, it seems all I can feel is a longing to see them again. As I get older, I realize all the stupid mistakes I've made and I realize we simple do the best we can in this life. I've learned that people can't give you what they don't have and that you learn to give yourself what you didn't get.

Ladies....do you still talk to your ex's?

The biggest LIE you believed as a JW...
by Waymores Ghost infor me it was the belief that all people who refuse to become jws are intrinsically bad.
if someone doesn't accept the "truth", naturally it's because "satan-the-devil" has hardened their hearts.
when you're a dub, you tend to ignore the ramifications of this.

SO MANY good ones here...
1975 was a big one for me.....also, that *you would know them by the love that they had among them!!!* That was a crock!
