i had a house warming party just over a week ago.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: anyone?

my compultion is locks.

whenever i leave my house i have to turn the doorknob two, three, four and even five times to make sure it is locked.

i have done it so much that my door knob is getting loose.

Thread for support of diet and exercise...tips

last nite in chat i had a good time talking about different weight loss strategies and exercise.

i am trying to get myself in shape ,start walking and my diet is in need of a major overhaul.

what do you think is the best way to get in shape?

DeDe, Craig and I bought a Nordic Track Stair Master. We've both put on about 30 pds since we've been married. We have both decided to work together to get in shape, quit smoking and exercise together 3 times a week. I've found for myself, that I can pretty much eat what I want if I exercise! I hate to exercise, but I realize that it's the only way to get into shape! I'm sick and tired of carrying this excess weight around.

Valis, if I thought it would work, I'd do it in a minute! I still have hope that they will wake up and get out one day! As long as there's life, there is hope!

I'm a complusive worrier. I worry about everything. What people think about me, if they like me, dislike me, love me, hate me. I hate it. I'm sure it's because of the enviorment I grew up in. I also think it's because I feel like I'm lacking something in my life. I've always felt that if I had children, I wouldn't have time to worry about what others thought and it would feel every void in my life, but then again, children would just give me something else to worry about!
