Who really is the Faithful and Discreet Slave? The recent changes and the Governing Body's 10 year plan

i am sure we were all shocked at the governing body update #2 with the unusual and impulsive changes set forth.. i am an insider at whq, and when i was on reddit and in communication with avoidjw i explained to the best of my ability that the approach on disfellowshipping was going to change based on the new light at the 2023 agm, that the jubilee rumor was false, and there were going to be changes on how jws approached disfellowshipping in response to the norway situation if it didn't turn out in watchtower's favor.

the decision came because of a legal blow to watchtower, not because "holy spirit" wad directing a faithful slave, who is going to become the "evil slave", more explanation on this soon.. everything i stated came true.

i left reddit exjw community due to the immature and mentally unstable nature there, and yet as has been the case my words came true.

I agree. Skepticism is to be expected, but being polite to others, even if we totally disagree with something, is necessary to foster healthy conversations.

the toll of being PIMO

for those of you who are pimo, how do you feel it may be effecting your mental and physical health?

is it easy to pretend to be what you are not?

how do you feel about falsely supporting the pimi which builds them up and therefore an org you don't believe in?

It's becoming exceedingly difficult. I have been PIMI/Q for many years. Emphasis on the PIMI while quieting the Q side.

But the questions can only be muted for so long. The older I get the louder they become. The rapid changes are not helping whatsoever. They are only making the questions scream even louder.

I have been dropping some of my questions here and there to my husband (who is a PIMI elder). Some of them he has attempted to reason with me on (lovingly, he isn't a harsh man). I truly want to agree with his reasoning points, and some of them I have been able to agree with, but for the most part I don't. And he knows it.

I see the pain and concern of this weighing on him and it makes me feel terrible. That mental toll is the absolute worst on me. I love him so much and I don't want to hurt him or rock his world in a bad way.

But my own world is horribly rocked. So yes, my mental health is struggling and it's only getting worse.

Redsetter2, thank you for putting yourself on the line to reveal what you can. I am in the opinion that you are credible and telling the truth as you know it. This is based on your prior statements that have, in fact, come to pass.

Some of the things stated are WILD (pertaining to all of the sexual things, especially regarding getting permission from your spouse if you are married). However, if the GB is not acting off of holy spirit, but rather the preservation of the religion, then anything is subject to happen. Many scriptures have been twisted to fit an agenda (both past and present and presumably the future).

Side note...Reddit is rather toxic at times and I don't blame you leaving. But I greatly appreciate you coming here and doing what you can.

Keep yourself SAFE.
