Hello there little missy,
Glad you could break away from them Millerite folk, they can be mighty curious sometime. The Sheriff here is a fella by the name of Simon, but he only come out on account of disturbance ya see, Otherwise he much keep to himself unless he got somethin on his mind. Then thar's the other good folk in the town. They generally kind folk but you gotta be careful of twelve noon sometime. I seen some bad gunfights too, ugly gutshots but usually reserved for em cow rustlers passing through. Usual disagreements sorted out in the saloon, and just with a bust up and a good ol brawl. Tabakee is cheap and so is the whiskey. Sometime I seen some prospectors bring gold nuggets from them thar hills, so you keep an eye out. So ya'll keep well now and welcome to town.

Sorry to hear about your health problems StarTrekAngel.
All I can say is get your blood pressure under control!
Do you have an activity that can get your mind off of your worries? Some men prefer golf because if you don't concentrate fully you'll be known as the king of the hook or the slice.

I once had a kidney stone.
I cried for weeks (and not because of the pain).
If I had a stroke I'd probably want to off myself, never mind just being emotional.

I've been convinced for some time that the Bible Students that went through the Nazi war camp's experience alongside Jews made some friends. And this resulted in an alliance of sorts, where old Jew's money helped Watchtower along.
No. The Jewish conference would not pay compensation to a Jewish person who was a Jehovah's Witness in the concentration camps during the second world war (in 1999 if I recollect). The Watchtower made bones about this fact. The fact is Jews are condescending towards Jehovah's Witnesses as they presume to take the place of the Jewish nation.
Did you read the document I posted earlier. The entire Watchtower inc. is laid out for your inspection. There is not whiff of Jehovah's Witness involvement.
If I reasoned like you do I could say the ENTIRE New York Stock Exchange was under the Watchtowers control. How could I claim that? Well stock brokers used to look at Watchtower NY HQ display board to see which scripture was being used that week and based upon that they would buy or sell. This is well documented (Apocalypse Delayed - Penton).
But, I believe that a new generation of Jews is asking back their investment. I believe that the NY buildings are being sold to satisfy a debt to Jewish families. (children) If that's the case, then the $1b forthcoming from the NY sales will disappear down the rabbit hole as fast as it appears.
Do you have any concrete facts to back this up?

Evolution and Atheism - please help
by Fernando innot being familiar with either, my question is:.
what is the relationship between evolution and atheism?.
i'd love to hear from anyone and everyone, and also from any perspective.. without limiting the conversation in any way, i would of course also appreciate comments that are simple, clear, direct and correct (as i don't have the capacity to do a phd in evolution or atheism)..

Today atheists are evolutionists but evolutionists are not necessarily atheists.

I think the school board was just stupid. This could have been resolved without issue. -

Here's one supreme court ruling: In Hobbie v. Unemployment Appeals Commission of Florida the Court held unconstitutional Florida’s denial of unemployment benefits to a person who had been fired from her retail sales job because she had joined the Seventh Day Adventist Church and was no longer available for work on her Sabbath, which ran from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. In an 8-1 decision, the Court held this case to be controlled by Sherbert and Thomas and thus subject to strict scrutiny. Finding no significant differences between those cases and this one, it reiterated that “the State may not force an employee `to choose between following the precepts of her religion and forfeiting benefits, ... and abandoning one of the precepts of her religion in order to accept work.’”
