got caught at the supermarket (in between the martini olives and snack crackers ) with several bottles of hard liquor in my basket along with some red licorice by a sister that has known me for years.
still respects me, not knowing that i am in full fade mode, or at least not recognizably knowing.
anyway, when she sees me, her eyes get all big and she heads in my direction, nearly ramming my liquor laden cart with her vegan oriented basket.. "hey sop, how are you doing?
"Wow," I say, " kinda like when your left arm starts hurting right before a cardiac episode?" (sarcasm has always been strong with my family)
Now that was funny!!!
After the so called EVENT my wife made arrangements to go out with a couple from the hall and eat at a nice high-end restaurant. The best part about this EVENT is that I will not go out preaching and Sunday I am going to the beach.
there has to be atleast one elder here who was given the annual meeting recording, unless it's in some sealed box where every elder in the congregation has 1 key and all must open it at once, assuring nobody opened it prior to the day.
but if not, if one of you has it, be a boss and upload it already.

a group of seniors from a baptist church were on their way back from gatlinburg va. where they had preached to the locals.
their bus blew a tire and veered into traffic catching fire in the accident.
8 people died and 14 others were injured.. how do people of faith come to terms with those considered faithful meeting such a tragic end and causing the deaths and injury of others.. ap news service.

Tragedies like this have no logical explanations and are all dismissed as God's will and that God has allowed some of his servants to die, it is a hard pill to swallow.

They will be streaming it live this Saturday at 10am, the event will last for 3:30 hours and then they will have 3 separate events with the pre-recorded meeting.
Since this year they have invited the Congos I bet many closet apostates will attend, just like me :)

Old timers are waking up to the fact that they will die soon and young ones are simply clueless of what is going on around them. Then you have us... the ones inside who know TTATT and simply calculating when to leave. But I don't think this has still sinked in yet...

i was just appointed an elder this summer.
i started discovering the ttatt (the truth about the truth) last year after putting a few things together myself concerning the leadership and then doing some research online.. i really enjoyed jwfacts.com, jwsurvey, and others.
welcome! It is nothing new around here to find out that the holy spirit is not behind your appointment, but it is schock for all of us when we wake up to the manipulations. Best tip I can give you, is to take it slow and one day at a time. Don't forget that even Ray himself and a lot of other people from the 80's did not just quick over night. Plan your escape and prepare your mind and emotions for the the true roller coaster ride you have just begun.
