Update on the my jw best friend...it is a good update!!!!!

we talked on the phone a couple days ago.
i had mentioned briefly where i worked and in what city.

Hair? The long and the short of it!

this caught my eye because i grew my hair long as a protest to the j-duds.
i am well known in my home town and when the duds see me they know right off i have 'gone bad'!

My question is, "What's with the ladies cutting their hair short after they get married?" I see these women all the time. They gain eighty or one hundred pounds cut their hair and look like Frier Tuck! Ladies, I don't know any hedro-males that want to have sex with a women that looks like a linebacker for the Packers! Talk about fraud!
What about the hubbies that go bald and grow big beer bellies? Is that somehow better than the transformation women sometimes go through after marriage? I say if appearance is important to the couple, they maintain it together--the man stays healthy and vibrant and the woman cares for her body and the periphery (including her hair). It's not fraud, it's nature...and if someone doesn't like it he/she has to have a lifestyle that counteracts it.

What weird habits do you have?
by JH ini always go to bed naked, even in the winter.
i eat at odd hours, whenever i'm hungry, and that happens fast.
breakfast at 6:30am, dinner at 10:15 am (i'm hungry) supper at 3:30 pm (still hungry).

I think weird habits are cute. Not only of people but of animals, too. My dog consistently eats his food in half moons and finds little twigs in the yard and puts them in piles on the porch (we didn't teach him to do that, but it's a convenient little habit when it's time to mow the lawn ). Sometimes I wonder if he got some of his idiosyncrasies from me, like the dog in As Good As It Gets.

I'm obsessive/compulsive, so I have enough of these to write a book.
My most pervasive habits are counting and touching. I count things and organize them in sets of magic numbers and I touch things or draw lines on them with my finger to tell myself that whatever the object is is "set." I don't expect that to make any sense, but those are two of my weird habits.

Blondes have more hair than dark-haired people do. Woohoo!
That is true. My friend has blonde hair, and she has little gold hairs everywhere. It's probably because blondes descend from people who lived in cold climates and needed more body hair for warmth.
