The official relationship between Jehovahs Witnessses and the Watchtower? I'm confused.
by Joliette incan anybody answer this for me?.
whenever i tell people i'm ex jehovahs witnesses, they always assume that i'm against the jehovahs witnesses, but i am more so against the watchtower then anything.people assume that i'm anti-jehovahs witness, but now that i've done more research i've realized that its the watchtower thats more harmful then the jehovahs witnesses, even though theres a lot of jehovahs witnesses i dont like, i'm not against jehovahs witnesses as a group.. can anyone explain this to me?.

Simon is 100% right. The blokes can be genuine. My last cong no elder, or rather but one or two of 13, wouldn't bother at all. In the new one they just friendly bunch and it happen they just pop in while on ministry.
If you don't want them to call then be honest. Don't lie, no warfare crape pls. Whatever others do keep your standards.
Or I would.

Gross! Grooming of young brothers in the KH to do more for Jehobadahhh and his organ-nigh-say-shun! I saw it myself.
by macys inso there is this young brother probably 14 or 15 and the elders are already grooming him to do more for jehobadahhh.
most of the elders in this kh are old like 60+ and sometimes there are not enough brothers to do the mics or sound so you will see a 70 year old elder forced into action.
almost comical to see a brother who thinks instagram is an email service try to operate the sound system and projector as he plays the wrong song or brings the screen down during a prayer.

Flimsy prospects if young ones don't want to invest in the org.
btw crazy f light. It's not only elders compensating for lack of career making the mess. I know very well an intelligent, well organized elder who is big fish in business and he brings in corpo methods. I have never seen before an elder blackmailing other elders, giving privileges for bom licking, letting immortal ( by jw) in because they are pals children. Rotten to the very core. So there are all sorts.

Brooklyn news on sending the elderly packing
by I am a Bible Student injohnny the bethelite on this program talks about the older bethelites being targeted by watchtower.they are getting rid of those at bethel who are 65-87 years old, some being anointed even the widows of former governing body members who gave decades of loyal service time to the watchtower organization.. the reasons the very elderly are being expelled are money in that for their age range they cost so much to cloth, fed, and medicate, having problems from high blood pressure to dementia.
they include persons such as sister henschel whose husband had been a watchtower president and marian sydlik whose parents are long dead.. https://soundcloud.com/rick-fearon/jan-16-2016-johnny-the-bethelite-watchtower-insider-host-his-radio-program-from-brooklyn-ny .

Hello Simon. About behavior of elders - it is possible. I experienced shunning ( and my wife) because as an elder I didn't agree with some decisions of service committee. I was asked to take part in a convention and had a item at elders school at that time. Envy moved them to spread lies in neighboring cong. No joke. There were two other elders in that cong who had similar adventures. We all left that particular cong -

MC Thank you for positive comment. I couldn't agree more with you. It was exactly the case. And people simply can't judge motives. Besides all the df process is not based on the Bible. So it's only human - at the best imperfect, sadly often corrupt.
SSC I am not arguing what apostate really means. I am mentally outside. So you can call me as you wish. It doesn't bother me the slightest :)

StanLD. Sorry I have already posted thank you on a different thread.
Freesoul. Your point makes sense. That is why I need to work on the children right now.
Actally, family study and time spent with them are my priorities. 1. close bonds 2.informations about mistakes, changing teachings etc. I want them to uphold moral values but I want to teach them not to be afraid to think and act different while helping them to find their pleasures outside.
Of course. No guaranties of success.

DB and pbrow. Thank you. I appreciate your comments. Yes, as JW are high cost movement it takes effort to get in and stay. And even more effort to get out. That's why good plan and well prepared actions are necessary. I know it is hard but being hysterical and rushing without an objective causes more harm than good. It is, obviously, my personal opinion / experience. -

Hi Stan. I should have posted it on another thread. Thanks for photo ( the car , the hall and you). I checked the link. It is interesting.
Rebel. I think I see your point. In my view I am apostate because it is - according to Greek - someone standing outside or on the side. I am not in the center of the action anymore. I am watching from the side:) and wandering what is going to happen yet.
