Silentlambs marchers ... we salute you !
by Simon ini'm sure everyone else is excited about the silentlambs march and hope that all those taking part have a trouble free journey, some good weather for it (that's the 'brit' in me talking) and most of all enjoy meeting up and doing something so positive.
we would love to have been there but unfortunately things didn't work out but we will be there in spirit like a great many others.
the march will really mark a turning point in jw history as for the first time the victims are not just lone voices fighting on their own but thanks largely to bill they now have some fantastic support, are much more organised and effective and have accomplished things and continue to deliver a clear message to the media which is being heard around the world.

Oh God, I Hate That Tune.
by Englishman inlast week, i was gurgling merrily at an episode of the simpsons.
it was the one that is a parody of the "thelma and louise" film where marge and her chum are being pursued by homer and chief wiggum.. marge's chum is trying to impress her with her cool music, but when she turns on the car radio, it begins to play one of her less cool tunes, something that i have never heard before called "sunshine and lollipops".
this repeated itself several times in different vehicles, whenever anyone turned on the radio, sunshine and lollipops came blaring out.

Armageddon Imminent In United Kingdom.
by Englishman inuk witnesses thought that armageddon had come last night, as much of the country was rocked by an earthquake - and we don't get earthquakes in england!
the british geological survey says the epicentre of the earthquake was "right under the city of birmingham" - the land of farkel's ancestors.
but people as far apart as south and west wales, northamptonshire, south yorkshire and oxfordshire felt the tremors which shook homes, broke windows and set off alarms at around 12.54am.

Many years ago I too got bit by a sqirrel, the sqirrel family had taken up residence in a tree opposite my bedroom window, one of the branches came very close,so I was able to reach out and offer the said family nuts, after a while they started taking them which was great, untill the bite.
I'm still here 25 years later, the only thing the bite left me with,is an urge to go to bed in October and get up in March
