  Comprehensive NWT Comparison Project (calling all technically skilled members)

  is anyone aware if this project is already being done by someone?

  if not, perhaps we can brainstorm how to go about this, now that the pdf for the revised nwt is out.

  we know that the cd stops at 1970 for the awakes.

  so i was woundering if there are any interseting articles that come about in the 60's that are a must read if one could get hold of a copy..

  the whole point of them enforcing the 607 date is because it leads up to the oh so important 1914 date.. but with this new light, 1914 doesnt mean diddly.

  thus that makes 607 not even matter anymore?.

  i say this as they still seem to push the 607 date (even 1914 date in sunday's watchtower article, making it confusing and hard to sit through).. .

  I love #12 "Jehovah God has seen to it that his name is preserved in his Word", yet it then says "the restoration of the divine name to its rightful place" meaning it wasn't preserved... and also "commonly accepted English form ‘Jehovah’" if its commonly accepted, doesn't that also mean that the original form is lost?

  There was something about stepping back just like Jesus did, but it doesn't even seem that women even have a choice in this matter. It's no wonder that I see posts by exjw women members that feel like women are considered second class.

  for example, they pride themselves in what they don't believe such as immortal souls, the trinity, hellfire, etc.. some exjws still believe it is the "truth" and support the basics.. .

  Confidential Document Email Hijacked!

  dear friends:.we are under attack by email hijacking and someone is using our email address to send out spam.

  it has to be because of the confidential documents that were going out in the emails.

  i will have to discontinue the emails and go back to posting the documents on jwn..this is an example of just how badly somone wants to keep these documents out of the public eye.

  all documents of important nature such as, our kingdom ministry, boe letters, forms, or other materials will now be sent only by email or private message communications.

  they will not be posted out here on the board.

  if someone else wants to post them, be my guest.. .. we have no other choice in this matter, and sending out confidential documents is better when it is done privately.
