Man Stuck in Windshield Left to Die

fort worth a judge on friday raised bond to $250,000 for a nurse's aide charged with murder after a homeless man she hit died in her garage with his body lodged in her car's windshield.. chante j. mallard, 25, had been released on $10,000 bail after she was arrested wednesday.

but at a bond hearing friday, prosecutors said that amount was too low.. state district judge james r. wilson raised the amount and said ms. mallard must be under house arrest, wear an electronic monitor, continue counseling, avoid alcohol and undergo drug testing.

the judge also imposed a gag order in the case.. ms. mallard was charged with murder this week in the slaying of gregory glenn biggs, 37, a former fort worth school bus driver whose body was found dumped last october at cobb park on fort worth's south side.. "it truly is one of the most bizarre things i have ever seen," said fort worth police lt. david burgess, a supervisor in the traffic division.

I hate to bring it up because I don't like the race issues and I'm glad the press hasn't picked up on it but if the man had been black and the woman white.........Would it be charged as a hate crime? Let me just state my views on that. I don't believe there should such a thing as hate crimes. When you kill or attack someone you should be punished for what you did not why you did it. It's not easy to prove for sure that someone committed a crime but it even harder to prove why they did it. I don't think we should be in the mind reading business.

I think the double standard here in the charges and the press coverage shows what the hate crime bill was really for. A way to divide the country along racial lines. Now the worst crimes will be magnified by racial hatred.

I'm still glad that the race issue hasn't been discussed in the press.

countries go to war if they think someone got bigger dicks than them.. lately there seem to have been such a lesser scale war here on the board.

the problem in this particular case is that the ones who quite obviously got bigger dicks were women!.

You might be right about the reading men like a book but it's a book that you love to read over and over and you just can't put it down.

Bringing in the firewood when it's covered with snow.
Snowangels on the first snow of the year.
Eavesdropping on the Party line.
Getting my hair cut at an actual Barber shop.
Filling up the car for $5.00
Getting a Grape Nehi at the drug store soda counter.
Old men sitting down at the square whittlin'.
Homemade ice cream machine with a hand crank.
Front porch swings and rocking chairs that sqeeked.
The television was B/W and we only had 3 stations.
School bells were actual bells.
Finding the Little Dipper on cool clear nights.

Hey guys,

I understand the need to respect other people's god. It is a very sensitive subject. One thing you have to remember is that this is an EX-JW site. There are many here who after a lifetime of programming have just begun to question things. They can't stop with just the Borg. They need to question everything in order to come to a firm grip on what they believe is reality. In the process, many lose the ability to believe in God. What you see as insults to your God are really the individual reaffirming thier own beliefs in their own head. That's the beauty of this discussion board. Here you can do that. If a person can't handle that, and I can understand that it could be very difficult to stomach for someone who still believes in God, maybe they should go to a site with more "Christians". I believe there are a few out there. Please don't mistake that last bit as a take it or leave it attitude. It's just that there needs to be a place for people to come and question everything. I'm glad there is and I'm glad this is it.

ROFL, let's see, is "shriveling dick" theory the textbook term for this phenomenon that never happens?

I don't know about you but my dick never, never, never shrivels in the presence of the opposite sex. You might want to get that checked.
Of course I don't hide the fact that I'm married and act like we don't know each other either. That would make me a Pu**y now wouldn't it?

Did anyone hear the story here in Texas about this man who can actually fly? Yeah, it's true. He claims to have this unique ability after eating burritos at Rosie's Tamale House. Of course he says a prayer before every meal so it could be that God has blessed him with this ability. That's the way he prefers to look at it. Anyway, while he was flying one day he noticed a car full of gang members. This car met 3 other cars and they went to the movies together. Now knowing the amount of violence these gang members were capable of he decided this was a great opportunity to take them all out at once. He flew around the movie theater as fast as he could 7 times then stood on the roof and let out the biggest fart anyone had ever heard causing the roof to collapse and killed everyone inside. Unfortunatly the lack of oxygen killed him also. It was a great day in the City of Austin, Texas.

We will miss Burrito Man but he will not be forgotten for we have learned a valuable lesson from his life story. Killing a theater full of people is a good thing. One day people will believe his story and learn that it's no use trying to rehabilitate those who don't believe. Just kill them all! KILL THEM ALL!
