i do not believe because i see no obvious evidence for a 'god' and only see what people have made of 'god' in their delusions.. ok. so, the question: 'what if you're wrong?'.

You may not take the jw view but if you claim to be xian there is no difference in the fundementals sin is seen as the reason for the worlds ills and in order to achieve salvation in whatever form you have to be SAVED
You, see, if you have read my article, you would know that I don't ascribe the world's ills (say, physical death, ilness, ageing, war ...) to sin. I only ascribe the alienation from God to sin. "Salvation" is simply our reconciliation with God.

No offence, but why the god of the bible? Why not the god of the koran? Thor? Shiva? the Annunaki? These are all gods that people believe in just as fervently as any Xtian believer.
I cannot give you a straight, "rational" answer to that question. The only thing I can say is that, once you weed out the post-biblical fabrications constructed around the God of the Bible, He remains as the most consistent of all Creator deities you can find on earth.

Does GOD want us to be his friend or have a relationship with him?
by bruh2012 inwt seems to teach both and or make them interchangable------we need to be jehovahs friend.
we need to have a relationship with him as children like a father.. even though there is no bible verses for having a relationship with god, jesus teaches us (was there anyone before jesus) to approach him as father not as some friend.
what bible verses "infer" that we have a relationship with god especially if thats what worshiping him means???.
