I have determined that the name should be spelled Yehoah/Jehoah. (With no V)
That is based on there being no questioning the accuracy of modern pronunciations of Hebrew bible names such as:
Yah/Jah

If you read about 'mater lections' you will find that the V in YHVH is not to be written as a V(or W) but is instead a 'placeholder' for 'O'/'U' and in the following Hebrew names they use 'O'.

Sadly I feel this particular case is all about getting $$$. This was a poorly held press conference.
First thing the lawyers should do if they want to for the first time go after the GB directly, is get their facts straight on the current GB. The picture in the back that they use to represent the current GB has Guy Peirce in it. Guy died a few years ago, so they might want to update that picture and use one with the newest GB member.
My main problem with this case is that they admit that the WTS/elders tell members that they can personally go to the police, but then they say that doesn't happen because JW's are taught not to trust the authorities in Satan's world and they would be bringing reproach on Jehovah, so they don't end up reporting it based on that.
Well here is the thing...they said the abuse started on Kevin at age 6 and after two years at age 8 he told his parents and elders. Said elders did disfellowship the abuser but didn't tell the police.
Okay….but shortly after making that statement they said that Kevin's family were not JW's, so my question is, why didn't his parents go to the police? They can not use the: "taught not to trust the authorities in Satan's world and they would be bringing reproach on Jehovah" argument here.
So they can't use that and because the elders did disfellowship the abuser, they can't bring up the two-witness rule here either.
This case here falls on the parents/family and not on the WTS/GB and it will only serve to strengthen the WTS/GB defense.

however, i do try to stay a little informed on what they are up to as i have several close relatives who are devout.
i rely on this site to keep me updated.. over the weekend i learned that a couple of my relatives, a father and son, have decided that they are anointed and had some bread and wine at the last memorial.
Yes, everyone whom believes in Jesus should partake. Partaking is not about claiming/believing you are anointed/chosen and will rule with Jesus, it is about showing your faith in his ransom sacrifice of his flesh and blood. 1 Corinthians 11:26
The GB and all whom partake in the kingdom halls that do so thinking that they are chosen/anointed and will rule as kings with Jesus for the thousand years, are foolish and have no clue.
Paul was chosen by Jesus personally, but even at that Paul did not consider himself to get the reward of ruling with Jesus as king, or to put another way, what Paul referred to as the upward call or earlier resurrection. He knew he was chosen to be an believer and follower of Christ (a Christian), but in order to get the upward call (rule with Jesus) you will have to die a martyr and/or refuse the mark of beast, etc., which we are not even at the point in time that the mark has been given out yet.

Actually the WTS/GB are fulfilling prophecy FAITHFULLY. It is not that of Matt 24:45-47 but rather that of Ezekiel 13:1-16.
