An October visit would be great fun. .. My new American butler 'Farkel' might need a break by then. Old Toms are springing up everywhere .. there's even one on h20 calling himself an elder.

on the way to work mom mentioned that her brother uncleb(elder in another state) is coming to visit and stay with her for a bit.. seems like his best and long time friend co sal infantino is taking a short vacation from the 'circuit work' and is going to be here at the same time.
of course they have time planned together.. what i found interesting is that i have been invited over to 'talk' with him???
?hmmmmmmmmmm considering that up until now i have persona non grata during his visits.. any suggestions how i can slip some silentlambs and other info into his suitcase?
Tina it sounds like you're going to need professional help. Randy had some good articles about this kind of situation at freeminds.org. I think Amazing has posted about it too.
Personally I wouldn't meet without plenty of notice detailing exacty the things to be discussed and lights camera action (I have a couple of mates who'd love to film proceedings.)
Being a woman I'd council not to attend any such meeting - Alone or even with a lawyer present. They will seriously ruin your day.
Makes me wonder if you've been sprung via your internet presence. Be careful, decide what is best for you then go that way.

Marilyn, You wouldn't have been included in my 'reject' friends list even if it was a mile long. The folks I mentioned were a few people I developed good relationships and mutual empathy with who were constantly harranged on h20, often from day 1 of posting. (I put you on list number 7 - "friends who kick!" Kent and Mommie Dark are on list 666 ;)
Mommie Dark - brilliant, (why waste words) but Rick won't talk to us low life scum .. personally I prefer it that way. ByTheWay - you and he would make a lovely couple ... I'm not sure if you could handle him though! ;)

as i sit in front of my computer in a drunken stupor wondering what might have been, i felt i had to post my story to those who might truly understand what i am going through.. i am a newbie here, but have been lurking around for the last few weeks.
i am 25 years old, from ontario, and totally heartbroken.. to give you some background, back in 1998, i studied with the witnesses because some friends of mine, whom i believe to be honest and sincere people, gave me (i thought at the time) some good advice to start a book study.
i did, and i really enjoyed it because i felt they presented everything factually and had a strong interpretation of the scriptures (i'm a facts man, you see).
