i for one actually agree with the comments made by invisible, americans on the whole are a nation that dominates the world through bullying.. america is the big kid in the playground nicking everyones lunch money.. i live in the us but will move away soon.

what happened on 9/11 was unbelievably , god awful and so sickening that i cant watch those planes hit the twin towers without feeling nauseated.. this may hurt but.........america brought his on themselves.

the world has had enough of their politics their machoism and their greed.

The way they contemptuosly treat other nations is despicable.

Why do they always come to the US for help if they are treated contemptously?

You think we should keep up those who are too dumb and lazy to support themselves? They take machetties and chop each other up and dump them in rivers. Their leaders just can't seem to help. They treat each other more despicable than anyone else.

What do Americans actually really know about???

what do americans in general actually really know about the big outside world outside of their own culture?.

it's certainly not just me, but for years since early childhood in fact, it has been commonly accepted by many, that americans in general are the biggest ignorant fools residing almost anywhere on the planet, yet they still do their damndest to have everyone believe what a great nation they are.

is it even beyond their comprehension how foolish they look often to the rest of the world, the fact that they have so little understanding of problems on the worldwide front?.

It's strange how so many countries wan't our money and help, but don't give a damn about our culture or people. I know there is corruption in all countries and governments, but the US seems to be doing OK so far in letting the people live their own lives. If we don't get overrun by Mexicans it may continue for a spell longer.

Hi Quantum,

I guess God really felt this love toward his creation when he created ticks to suck their blood, heart worms, fleas, mosquitos, the great varity of parasites, viruses that cause so many loving diseases to sinful humans and sinless animals. He loves fires so much that he causes floods in Texas so they will burn in the midwest. This loving God that likes to shake cities by earthquakes and burn them with volcanos. It gives him great pleasure to see starving children by bringing droughts to the land. I feel like getting on my knees and giving thanks, but old age wouldn't let me get back up.

Of course we can ignore all this and say the devil did it, but where did the devil come from?

If God is really omnipotent, omnipresent as the christains claim, then he has just said sorry earthlings, I'll get back to you latter.

Hi Rob,

I understand the feelings you have. When you get my age and see so many of the people you know dieing, when about all the JWs you knew growing up are dead, and about once a week you read in the obituaries of some one you know dying(today there was a funeral of a lady I worked with for years) it makes you realize you're next. When you look at movies and see so many of the actors that you knew so well as a kid are dead (Rosemary Clooney and Delores Gray died today, they were popular in my youth) you begin to worry.

But, everything we know that is alive will die, that is apparently God's way of making things, even the universe will burn out in time.

SO I guess the only thing to do is live NOW, if you can afford it.

I personally know more people who have been kill by transfusions than hane been saved.

I still think it is a personal decision though.

i have another question re a bible topic.

i know some of you don't believe what it says, but just to get your opinion would be helpful.. ok, so in genisis.....the angels see the beautiful women of earth and get hot under the collar and proceed to come down and have sexual relations with these women.. now, some time before this happened, two silly individuals in their naivity, listen to a dumbarse snake and to tell you the truth if i was a new human and a snake spoke to me, i'd take pretty much what he says as gospel....cos that just doesn't happen.....or i'd be having a psychotic episode.

so they go and disobey god and what do they get for punishment....kicked out of home and left to fend for themselves without food, shelter, health, happiness or they father's love...all for disobeying him over a silly apple (i know this is to do with the 'sovereignty' issue, why he needs to prove himself i'll never know).

Hi Anai,

Why do we have to go through Christ to speak to God, when Moses, Abraham and many others spoke directly with Him? If it is because we inherited sin, didn't they also?

If we can repent and get life, why couldn't Adam and Eve? If they didn't make a mistake by eating the fruit, why would they have done it knowing they were going to die???

we were divorced 27 years ago, no children.

Hi Gsx,

I don't know if she ever went back to the org. or not. I haven't talked to her in 25 years. A few years ago I called her father and he said she had married again and comes to visit him in Co. several times a year. He died soon after I called. I was on the net and saw a phone number search program and looked up his number, I hadn't talked to him since the divorce. He said she was happy and I was glad it had worked out OK for her.

Hi Seeker,

I found the pictures in an old folder in my old briefcase that I used when I was the ministry school servant. It was in the top of one of my closets. There were several other pictures I had made back in 1968.

Yes I did remarry and have lived happily since.

Hi All,

Yesterday was the aniversary of my first marriage. We were divorced 27 years ago, no children. It was a good marriage untill the last few months. Don't ask why she wanted a divorce, I still don't know. She went and had sex so I could be free to remarry and told the congregation and was DFed.

This is a picture I made when I was making my own prints. She was born and raised in Roswell NM, but was living in Van Nuys Calif when we got married. Anyone know her?

I hope the size will be right????
