  My Favorite Spot

  this is my favorite place to read and contemplate the world and it's meaning.

  i read c of c and in search of christian freedom sitting here.

  i also like to listen to the birds as they sing and build nest around in my back yard.. my little 5 month old grand daughter loves it out here also.. i think everyone needs a place to relax and think.

  Adventure-Finding old family graveyard

  hi folks,.

  my brother and i decided we were going to find the old family graveyard.

  the problem was that the last time we were there was 40+ years ago and it was hard to find then with someone directing us there.

  My New Little Emily Granddaughter

  a while back i mentioned how sick little emily was.

  she is fine now, she got over her croup and is a happy little girl.

  we kept her today so her mother could get some shopping done, she was so sweet.. .

  Picture of 1935 Convention

  i'm not sure if this picture will work or not.

  i scanned it from a little 31/2 x 5. .

  anyway the picture was taken at the 1935 convention where rutherford created the new light about the other sheep.. my dad and mother are in the center, my aunt at my dads left, and my grandma at the end to the right of the picture.. i have forgotten where the convention was, anyone remember?.

  I hate death!

  i just recieved an email about the death of one of my friends that i sail my r/c boat with.

  that is the fifth one of my sailing friends that have died in the last 5 years.

  in the last 4 years my wife's mother and father died, her brother-in-law, nephew, my aunt, my son's close friend, his wife's grandad, and it goes on and on.

  Circumstances change your attitude.

  i was sitting in my swing in the back yard yesterday enjoying the beautiful day and watching the birds as they courted, pecked the trees, and sang.

  it was heart warming to view the creation.

  then a robin flew over to the tree above my head and i said no, don't crap on my head.
