cofty you insist that i speak of 'esoteric philosophy' when describing God,

this leads me to believe that the subject of God is incomprehensible to you, that it's a formula too complex and like anything thats too difficult to wrap the head around you tend to discard it and deem it useless.

im simply calling God what god is, perfect and logical. and what could be more perfect and logical than provable mathematics and science. there is absolutely nothing esoteric or philosophical about these two subjects IF you understand them.

Discard whatever myth you were taught about God, the angry old man in 'heaven', and what Im expressing to you starts making a lot of sense. This shouldnt be too hard since as you rightly stated, THAT notion of god has failed.

i wouldn't label science and math as useless.

you are admiting that the concept of 'God' is incomprehensible to you. but again, this is only because your mind has been molded into thinking that God can only be ONE thing, and ONE thing only.

In another thread i proved HOW God is Love.

Here, I've proved how God is also perfect/irrefutable/eternally trustworthy math and science, thus making God very real.

Monsieur you can't just arbitrarily define an imaginary god and then pretend you have offered evidence.

PRECISELY because god is imaginary i CAN arbitrarily define him Cofty.

The difference is that I can define 'him' with REAL evidence, not mythical or fantastical abstracts.

Yes, I believe God exists.

And there is plenty of proof of it. Not too long ago i logically argued the existence of God in the form of 'love'.

Well, God also exists in a most crucial form- math and science.

Here is the simple proof -

God is suppose to be perfect, infalliable, irrefutable, eternally trustworthy.

Math and science is perfect, infalliable, irrefutable, eternally trustworthy.

So much so that man can 'trust' his own life onto math/science/God when going into space, miles under the ocean, etc. etc.

what does 'deprogramming' mean or have to do with this? i never said 'the world is coming to an end'. on the contrary, im implying that a solution must exist in the 'here' and 'now'.

what motivates these people to do this that is good. how can we motivate more people? the math is simple, motivate more people to do good, and less people will suffer. what can motivate?

your response is a 'tad' cold. i interpret your advice to 'turn off the tv' as - ignore the suffering of others. while i can understand getting to such a point of impotence that one just throws in the towel, i also believe that this is the same nonchalance that evil men in this world count on.
simply ignoring the fact and giving up cannot be an option.

Can man be saved? It seems the entire world is implicated in this conflict. Should a country intervene? should it not? Supposedly if it does, there is a risk of unleashing a nuclear war.
But if man continues to stay on the sidelines, (over what? greed, fear of losing power, money?) where is man heading?
Isnt man suppose to step in for its own sake? Many can blame the Devil for this, blame God, blame everything except who is trully responsible- a greedy and evil regime. Its time to step in and intervene. we simply cannot just watch and shrug any longer.
can the common man do this? can we, with no political and economic influence, actually do something to help our fellow man? how and what?

its an incredible and profound 'symbol'.
interestingly, this is the same type of conversation (albeit fun at times) that these 'symbols' tend to generate. they tend to throw the conversation off course into way 'left field' when its exact meaning remains veiled.
there is a reason why there is so very little historical evidence for the existence of the biblical Jesus. from this FACT, one only needs to dig deeper...
