  Another heart-worming story

  today, i got an email from an old friend with a story told by brother andre ramseyer who attended training at patterson in england.

  a service dog regularly attended the meetings with his owner.

  when the owner passed away, the dog was given to another blind man.

  As far as I knew Andre, he was always at the Georgetown Bethel in Canada. All his relatives are from New Liskeard, On. He's the one that would sign our cheques. His nephew's two boys were kicked out of bethel due to inappropriate pictures taken and shared on social media. Even after knowing what they did he had the father (Andres nephew) of those two boys come and seal driveways of kingdom hall parking lots and get paid for it. His other nephew was hired on to make the podiums, signs and cabinets for all the halls in southern Ontario. He did it for a few years and then moved back to New Liskeard where most of the relatives are. Andre was a very arrogant man. Too much power went to his head like all the rest.

  I have no problem with businesses being opened again provided people wear masks, curbside shopping and keeping your distance. Our business is doing well because it involves food. No one has complained yet with the ordering a head of time, curbside pickup or e transfer. I like this way for us better because it works for us and our business but for someone else maybe not. We shop only at the places that do the same or we order online.
