  Jehovah's Witnesses not required to follow "Man's Law"?

  so i got a letter from my mother re my not supporting my nephew after he was involved in an accident where there was a fatality.

  his parents hired him a lawyer from another province and although he was not found innocent,charges were stayed.. so here is what the letter stated.

  that accidents and deaths were meant to happen.

  being raised as a jw i feel dirty even posting here.

  my life growing up was one filled with fear.

  armageddon was preached to us day/night.
