i just heard this statement in a sermon this morning and had to write it down:.

"complaining and arguing is about selfishness".

the more i looked at the words, the more i wondered.. how about you?

Oi! Greetings Ozzie and I hope my post finds you in good health. My only comment is that motive is everything, which IMO is a "good" way to consider those words for both parties. Otherwise you have some tosser telling you when you are being selfish whether it be in regard a complaint or an argument, and we have all been there.

Arguing politics...on JWD is a lesson in futility.

Amen...as I believe it is the biggest OFF TOPIC topic there is here. It divides people with the same broken souls and yes it is good for ex dubs to be involved in politics, I am just not sure this is the forum to get pissy about any of it with each other. Even starting threads like this does not promote the harmony that is wished for when other subjects are brought up, because truly it is not germaine to the primary function of our board. Cultivating fiends is more important to me at this point, but I doubt for some that is of major import.

sinnamon has been torturing and chasing around this mouse in the house for about an hour now...i can hear it shriek and squeak every once in a while...i can't catch it and the most irritating thing is she prolly brought it in as a present... this is the culprits mugshot btw...see any humility there?.

ok so yesterday i am resting from my vacation and my roomie tells me that officer todd calls from some conutry fried town in southern louisiana.

he says in 2000 i was supposedly speeding through his town in a red pickup truck.

LOL you guys are funny..I may need safe houses, getaway cars, anti ballistic missles, and a rather large pointy stick to get all this straightened out, but my good news is one of my friends has already said they would help and Cruzanheart, maybe we can meet for some Mexican food this week or so and I can give you as many facts as I have for a good start on affadavit. I have also asked the bank to send me a statement from that month so I can at least try and establish my whereabouts at the time I was supposedly getting a ticket. I will not go quietly into the night over this...
