  okay so i like dramatic lashes.

  and my grandma told me all the women are complaining about them being a distraction.

  well all i have to say to them is "kiss my ass".

  Says a woman on a Y!A forum. OF COURSE NO WITNESS WOULD SAY THEY WEREN'T HAPPY Or else you would go and ask other witnesses about it and that person would be found out for feeling this way or having doubts and would get into some hot water with the elders . Poor, uneducated soul.

  BY THE WAAAAAAY.... I need some avice. Okay so I have a friend, my one, only, and best friend I have who is a JW (I am still forced to go to meetings and putting on a happy JDUB face so my family will speak to me for the time being)... and I love her so much. She shows a lot of doubt and we have talked before but I think she's afraid to fully come out and say she doesn't want to be a witness. (She's 18 I'm 19).. Her mother and father are very pressuring on her. Now I don't just want to come all out and express my thoughts that this religion is a cult but I want to SLOWLY put some seeds of doubt in her mind... does ANYONE have some questions that will make her think?

  Oh and btw, I almost BARFED this last Thursday because I had my study (trying to be all witness like atm) and my study said (who is a regular pioneer and was once at Bethel) said she thought I have what it takes to be a regular pioneer. (I'm not even baptized)... Anyways in addition, does anyone (especially ex elders or ex elders wives) have any type of words or answers I can throw into my study to make me seem more indoctrinated? I want to over frost the cake. So no one is suspicious of me of course.

  i was raised in and i am currently on active status due to most of my family being very much in, but i am so ready to be done and have felt that way for quite some time.

  internally i know this is not the right religion without a doubt.

  etc...what quotes annoyed you the most?.

  for me it was "well, you have to remember, they're worldly"... "don't trust anyone who isn't in the truth" "they may be nice but they are not friends of jehovah"... just a few to name.

  I love ALL of your answers. Wayyyy to familar to me. Perfect1... I live with my grandma still and she says that ALL THE STINKING TIME. Ijust smile and nod my head like a good JDub. Oh and Magwitch... you just said EXACTLY everything my mom said.

  Why did you pick the name you have now

  just wondering if your name describes what you saw, how you were treated when you were "in" or now "out", maybe your personality, ect.... i'm label licker and the why i picked this name was because of all the licking up one side of elders and down the other to either be an elder or ministerial servant.

  one time i was standing right in front of this brother who wasn't made an ms yet and he totally ignored me and talked right over my head speaking really loud trying to catch the co's attention.. got sick of watching the poor elderly sitting all alone or standing against the wall like a wall flower with noone to talk to and yet all these label lickers would take turns picking up the elders elderly parents and take them shopping and do their groceries at least four times a week while out in service, yet, there was noone there to take a meal to a sister who just got out of the hospital with a heart attack.

  when i had shown up at her apartment with a meal she asked if i could wash her private and change her bandages.

  Because I'm still active but mentally out. I have ONE foot (step) out the door, now I just have to have the courage to move the other foot and learn to walk again. 93 because well, born in 93 duh. ;)
