So the renovation in my old territory is kinda odd...
by sosoconfused inso my old area back east was looking for property to build a new hall for literally 30 years but could never procure anything.. well after constantly trying and getting nowhere they decided to just renovate in a major way the old hall.. the old hall could seat 135 in the front and about 20 in the second school.
for a totally of 150+ people.
the only issue was there was no real "elders room" to meet in.

THe old hall could seat 135 in the front and about 20 in the second school. for a totally of 150+ people. The only issue was there was no real "ELDERS ROOM" to meet in. The had to either go in the second school or the BOILER room to meet. Which is a slight inconvienence but still doable.
Well after 30 years and THOUSANDS of dollars it has been completed. The main hall now only seats 90 and the second school about 10 and the over flow about the same for a total of 120+. YET THERE IS A NICE NEW ELDERS ROOM WITH A HARDWOOD TABLE AND 8 PLUSH LEATHER CHAIRS...(......................... extra dots added for emphasis)
SO you spend thousands of dollars to reduce the size of a kingdom hall so that the elders can have a nice plush place to meet? WTH is going on. But as usual everyone will say it is a huge blessing as opposed to a crooked way to stroke the ego's of the local elders

Me and the woman...

i know most of you probably see this as a "who cares" moment - but after 13 years of marriage - both of us fading over the last 5 months or so she finally out of nowhere said "i really have always wanted to smoke a cigar!".
i have many times before but it was a first for her.

I have many times before but it was a first for her. She choked gagged and kept spitting - but all the while she laughed and made jokes and said how much fun it was.
Then my neighbor saw us (A WORLDLING ROFL) and came over with some Dewars and his own cigar!
We stayed out there for about an hour smoking cigars and relaxing... the simple things you miss can really be so much fun.

I almost hate when you guys do research and then post it... it justs makes me so much more upset that I ever believed this stuff LOL.
I stopped trying to prove to myself so long ago that WT is not the truth. It is painfully obvious that it is not - but everytime I see more evidence of the tomfoolery i just get more upset LOL

Funny thing is that Charles Taze Russell was the one who came up with the whole 1914 thing by means of prophecy...
So if Charles Taze was not of the Faithful and Discreet Slave, why would Jesus or Jehovah give him the understanding of such deep prophecy?
So that would mean that 1914 calculation which everything is based on comes from a individual not of the FDS... seems a little odd to me

by VM44 inusing various online databases i looked up what was available on ciro aulicino who is well known for getting the watchtower signed up as an ngo with the united nations.
the following information was returned.
note that his residences have all been at watchtower owned addresses.. considering his age, and dependence upon the watchtower for most of his life, ciro probably won't be considering any change in his relgion!.

Yeah he is still alive... I remember this clown from Bethel as well.
When I was a new guy I sat at his table at lunch on my 3rd or 4th day. He told me his name and I didn't get it the first time so he said, "The easy way to remember my name is remembering that I know everything just like my name says - ALL I SEE I KNOW"... and everyone laughed.

Yes, they formed judicial committees because oen of the masturbators was a pioneer and she had told other people about it before coming to the elders, so people knew about it. Because she opened her mouth beforehand and informed poeple she lost her priveledges.
The other was a ministerial servant who was masturbating while reading porno mag(WHO BUYS PORNO MAGS IN THIS DAY AND AGE) and his wife caught him and apparently she was torn up by it and told the "older women" in the congo looking for help on how to move on... So like the first case people in the hall knew about it and BANG... priveledges removed and restrictions.
