Thanks for the upload, I haven't listened to anything like that for so many years... ugghh.. so depressing. I can't believe they make children suffer through that. Anyways...

"Does avoiding apostates imply that our faith is not strong enough to discern truth from falsehood? Does it suggest that our faith is not strong enough to discuss different views? Not at all. In our ministry we talk with those who have different views. Apostates, however, differ from most of those whom we meet in our ministry. Apostates are not sincere in their expressions. Their aim is to manipulate your minds and undermine your faith."

Yes, it does imply that your childlike minds aren't strong enough to test every expression.

Yes, it does imply that you're to insecure in your beliefs to even consider another viewpoint.

In your ministry 'the society' only wants you to talk to people with 'different views' that are uneducated about Jehovah's Witnesses. Apostates know all to well. That's how they really differ.

Their aim may be to help you open your mind and question your faith. ... Like a mature, rational, adult... or they just may want to put you down a peg or two, what with all the smug self-satisfaction.

... Believe what you need to believe. Deep down in your heart... you know it's not true... and that it makes you miserable.

It's an apostacy against the human spirit... and you don't have to do it.

    This statement is 100% factual.

The fact that peoples minds are too childlike to defend against this type of manipulation is evidenced by the fact that the audience cannot even discern that it is the apostates themselves issuing the warning.

Wow. In the audience's face or what? Anything 'apostates' serve up is like poisoned food. It was emphasized on at least three occasions that they are mentally-diseased or contagious. Lots of other sweeping generalizations and ad hominem.

"Truth Brings a Sword" - the interesting part was about 13:43 minutes in about disfellowshipped relatives. At about 16:40 regarding adult disfellowshipped relatives:

"But we can compare a family with a disfellowshipped individual family member to that of a family that has a drug addict or an alcoholic and how they are best helped. You know, professionals in the field of rehabilitation have frequently expressed concern about family members that they have labeled as 'enablers.' Now, an 'enabler' is a person who unknowingly assists an addict through their use of 'rescuing behaviors.' Thus the person with the addiction is saved from the natural consequences of their own actions. Now they go on to say: without enablers in their lives, these individuals typically descend much faster into the chaos and pain that their destructive lifestyle engenders. And isn't that true about a disfellowshipped person too? They have a destructive lifestyle. They go on and say: the reverse side of this dilemma is the individual will be less motivated to correct their course. So we want to apply Jehovah's disfellowshipping arrangement to the fullest degree - not making excuses to converse or have any kind of association that is improper."

So, not only are those who leave poisoned and mentally-diseased, they are also like drug addicts and alcoholics descending into a self-destructive abyss. There is so much wrong with the comparisons, I don't have the words.

BITE model of mind control is alive and kicking.
