Governing Body Feels Child Molester Should Not Be Condemed But Leaving The Corporations Teaching Merrits Eternal Condemnation
by frankiespeakin inaccording to the latest talk given by gerrit loesch jehovah's witnesses who become child molesters should not be condemned as they can repent and be shown mercy, and according to letters to bodies of elders may after sufficiant time hold positions of trust inside the congregation thus putting unsuspecting members and householder at risk.
while at the same time the governing body feels that anyone who is a jw who latter on disagrees with current corporations teachings is not to be shown mercy and must be disfellowshipped with out fail, along with being eternally damed, and must be avoided at all cost by fellow jws even family members.. this dfing action of those who leave is enforced by threats of disfelloshipping members who disreguard the wt's disfellowshipping action and are found socializing with them.. do you find that highly inconsistent?.

Anyone else an Ex Bethel "volunteer"
by BackseatDevil ini was wondering if there were any other ex-bethelites on here.
i personally regularly went for temporary work at brooklyn then was assigned to the farm for a year and a half.
it was... one of the most bizaare experiences of my life.. so i wrote it all down (finally, after some 15 years) so i won't bore anyone on here with the details of the story - because bethel doesn't show up until chapter 15... and for you straight folks, it gets a bit gay in two places... but nothing gross.

yeah that coffee shop had some great Danish omg.
every year we use to get apostates clamoring outside. Here is a story about how the GB really believe they are heaven bound.
one year when all the apostates were outside screaming just before lunch I was in 124 Libby and Dan sydlik was there with like 50 other people.
one guy was scared for sydlik thinking the bad apostates would kill him and ear his bones lol.
he asked sydlik if he would like an escort and sydlik was like I'll be fine. Because in the twinkling of an eye I'll be gone.....
really bro

Gerrit Loesch was at our DC today!
by goatshapeddemon inso, unexpectedly, the final talk was announced today and to my surprise and evil glee, they announced gerrit loesch as the speaker!
first off, at the beginning of his talk, he interrupted himself in the middle of his sentence to scold the microphone brother to lower my mike it's right in my face.. anyway, it was the talk on inspired truth, vs. inspired falsehoods.
he went through 6 expressions inspired by the demons.

So is there anyone that has this audio or that can confirm it. The convention is over now so i am sure someone out of the thousands of people there would have found those points to be unsettling. Someone please post some audio or more notes

Why is God speaking in riddles?
by sosoconfused init seems for most of the bible that god spoke directly to people and told them what to do.
he wrote things on rocks.
he gave them laws.

8 year old still understands the gospel... I dont think the god that Jesus spoke about would kill her. so apparently the riddles are there just for fun.

Yes I use to eat at the ethiopian place like 5 doors down from Bossert LOL. I would go to Manhattan but if you were spotted in SoHo it was like a quick way to get sent home. I must admit I did love the fun one could have outside of the place but afterwhile you always had to remember that you had to go back to the monastery and act like nothing happened :(
