  I Hate the Sound of the Word Jehovah

  listening to clips of the latest manipulative video from the watchtower i realised how much i detest that word - jehovah.. sometimes i have thought it would be interesting to observe a meeting or part of a convention.

  every time i heard that word i would be unable to stay in my seat.. i have a visceral reaction every time i hear it.

  it stands for so much that i have contempt for.

  went to a market yesterday and there it was a cart manned by a middle-aged women and a young one.

  in a really respectful, friendly manner i approached them and enquired if watchtower society had done anything about its "two witness policy" post royal commission.

  knew nothing of 2 witness rule.

  Yes, from what I understand the petitions don't require only US citizens but the age requirement is at least 13 years old, I believe.

  a hilarious stupid wa message is being circulated amongst jws in my area / country.. i had a hearty laugh at the ignorance and stupidity and brainwashed mentality, different people may express different emotions so you have been warned.

  day one after armageddon it seems ages since we last heard the gunshots and screams, today has been really quiet.

  the last few weeks have been sheer terror.

  Someone said that we all used to feel this way, but that's not true. Thinking about capital p paradise always raised more questions than answers, and none of it looked promising. I remember one day out "preaching" aka driving around, when someone started estimating the jdub population compared to the existing total population of our county. The thought that all these people would be gone and you would be stuck with just the freaky ones in the borg was frightening.

  Watched most of this. The jdub lawyer certainly did not seem as professional as McFarland's lawyer, who came across as having good knowledge of the borg and also the shenanigans that the dubs would try to pull in hiding documents relevant to this case.
